Contractor was hired by ******************** Services the same day they fired the previous contractor. The contract date was 4/20/2022. There are 3 contracts for *************************. The contracts were combined total of about $53,000. Department of ******* and ********************* estimated $28,000, the ******************** Services estimated $17.000 and $9,000 from owner's home insurance. Contractor severe violations. There was never any meetings between the owner and contractor to discuss design or colors. Owner did not choose: kitchen cabinets (severely under budget), appliances, light fixture, counter top, faucet or design layout of kitchen. Owner did not choose: bathroom vanity, light fixture, tiles, or medicine cabinet. Bathroom Floor need quarter rounds to cover space between floor and wall. Contractor did not ask owner about placement preference of safety handles. Owner repeatedly requested a 19" toilet because of her disabilities and the contractor refused to put a 19" toilet, even after paying the contractor $6,000. 72 year old owner had 2 hips replaced, 1 knee replaced and other bad knee and uses cane/walker. The contractor purposely installed a severely cracked and glued together 16.5" toilet, causing the owner difficulty getting up and having severe anxiety from fear of being injured by cracked porcelain for 3 months. The contractor failed all inspections. There is no heat in the bathroom because the vent was closed up behind the shower wall. Bathroom wall now has un-needed hole over the toilet and a silver tube is attached to the return in the next room. Very unprofessional, unattractive and sloppy work. 10 day Notice issued 6 months ago. The owner and contract asked for wooden steps in the front yard, after 4 months the contractor installed unwanted concrete steps. Owner's Lifting recliner, microwave and home was neglected by workers. Downspout on the back wall was removed, now causing water damage. Basement window removed and now boarded up.

am attaching documents needed for Complaint ID ********. The documents attached will show the contract for *******************  The punch list was drawn up by the city, knowing that there are no permits for the kitchen. The Contract Violation attachment lists all of the violations of the attached contract, which the city is aware of.  Documents and pictures attached are a small part of the evidence that I have. As you can see there is a kitchen Bid but on the Permits List there is no permit for the kitchen, but money was paid. I have invoices from *** and DHCD paying the contractor for failed inspected or not inspected work I have to re-file a complaint with the BBB to invoke arbitration. Please let me know let me know what else is needed thank you. Your email did not request invoices. If they are needed, please let me know. I also included an estimate from a licensed contractor.
