  Sadly I wish I would have viewed the previous reviews prior to trusting **** (the proclaimed owner) as we contracted him to remodel a functional a small bathroom in my basement. We were told that it would take 3-5 days to complete. Well we are going into a month and the bathroom has not been completed and nor is it functional. When I contacted **** vis phone text after not hearing from the men in a week, his last response was that he thought it was completed. I sent him pictures of the unfinished Reno and he basically ghosted me. He clearly viewed my messages and photos, as it shows that they have been read. He has not responded and now I am having to seek out another contractor to finish a project that he was paid in full to complete. let me add, that we worked with Joh, who use to work for the company a few years ago on our kitchen. The customer service at that time was much better and they did a decent job on my kitchen, minus following up on a few cabinet door repairs. I must say , that once he left and this **** character stepped in, the customer service and communication is basically non- existent. After reading the reviews I am convinced he is hiding behind this business and scamming customers out of thousands of dollars. What he is doing is criminal!If you are thinking about using this company, think twice!!!! Dont be fooled by the store front, as it is not one thread of business decency in this man or company.

  They started our basement bar on April 2023 and it’s still not finished. There are huge gaps between the wall and back and sides of the bar. The bottom of the cabinets/bar was left exposed. They kept saying they would finish it soon.
  
  David the manager has been avoiding calls, texts and even in-person contact. He promised to fix/finish it. We gave them $10,000.00 as promised but nothing is finished. The master bathroom is a complete mess. The shower heads aren’t aligned. One side of the cabinets scratch the wall every single time we open them causing paint to be scratched and end up on the floor. The other side of the cabinet doesn’t open all the way because it was too close to the wall. The medicine cabinet we originally had was thrown away which forced us to buy another one and they broke the new one during installation.
  
  The barn doors aren’t secure. My wife has tripped over the floors going in and out of the bathroom because they put a random step there to get in the bathroom. Painting wasn’t finished. Tried to give us a 6ft shower door and I’m 6’3” water would have splashed all over the floor and there are many more cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.
  
  The pipe in the ceiling is exposed and could freeze and burst causing water to flood our attic. I had two other companies come and let us know all the dangers and mistakes made. We paid David and Stone Boss a total of $34,000.00 and they are refusing to address anything.
