I am 72 paid cash $80,000 for mobile home. Saw it loved it. Furnace and air working great. Owner had it serviced before I moved in and everything was great. Day moved in, air stopped.. 103 degrees we moved in. Tevis came and said it was dead after it was serviced earlier and the owner got a service contract same day. My now I am living without air and apparently no furnace for winter either. Tevis is not helping at all. Says ***** for a new one . I paid my $80'000 life savings and I can't afford a new Air. They will not send me supporting documents to see if my insurance will pay for it. My insurance keeps calling me to get diagnostics and Tevis refuses to give them to us.

Two weeks ago I called Tevis Energy and asked them to fill my oil tanks. I was very clear about how much oil I needed and what level my tanks were at before filling. They quoted me a price at 4.199 per gallon. Tevis energy also has records of my previous fill ups and knows that my tanks were running low.

The driver only filled me 1/4 (150 gallons) and left it at that. I called back to ask them why they only filled 150 gallons and they said the truck may have run out of fuel but the driver was usually good about recording that in their log. They checked with dispatch and told me that they could not determine if this was the case.

Now oil prices are higher and I still need my oil for the winter and this forces me to pay about 300 dollars more than I would have if they would have filled me up at 4.199 our agreed upon price.

I called back today to ask them to fill my tanks because I fear the prices are only going to rise.

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/11/08) */
WE WILL BE HONORING THE DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR HIS SECOND FILL UP, AT THE PRICE HE GOT FOR HIS FIRST FILL UP. THAT WOULD BE A DISCOUNT OF 85 CENTS PER GALLON.
      THANK YOU.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/11/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They honored my original price per gallon.
