One Source Excavation This is not something I am taking lightly as we have paid nearly $300k OUT OF POCKET already due to this incident and not to mention we need to still pay more just to fix his mistakes! We hired him as a GC and to build our house/ along with many other projects. They screwed us over, over charged us, backed out of the project, was given money to pay contractors and never paid them, left our foundation sitting there for freeze and MANY more things. He dug the foundation hole wrong, left for ******* and told the foundation company the hole was ready upon their arrival the hole was done incorrectly, and WE (not him) WE had to go fix the hole so the foundation could get done. Our garage foundation is still not in because he told us he would fix that when he got back, he dug it twice and was still dug incorrectly and is still sitting there waiting to be finished We were charged by him to do the job and then other contractors for work he claimed to do and then they had to fix it.Currently we have to repay someone to fix all the work he did and is refusing to give us a refund after agreeing to a refund amount!!!! Not to mention he took 6-8 months to clear the land and dig the foundation holes. We started building our house over a year ago and we are currently sitting with a half-done foundation. Along with unpaid contractors because he ran off with the money, he was supposed to pay them. Not to mention the projects were done incorrectly making the foundation company come out multiple times and delaying their work. The foundation was also not done to plans per his command to the foundation company. I have statements from other contractors because we were charged from them to do HIS job and HE charges us for it! WE HAD TO PAY OUT OF OUR OWN POCKET for the contractors he was supposed to pay and he had the money to pay them from us

This complaint is completely fabricated. Unfortunately our attorney advised us to wait to answer this complaint as all the information will be shared to the consumer. My wife **** filed a complaint prior to ****** filing hers and this should be in your records.

We have emails, text messages, Proving that this complaint is completely fabricated and untrue. We have our business attorney and our personal attorney working on this and had an agreement with ****** and her mom to put this behind us but they chose not to. Please be advised that this was something that ******s mom wanted and put it out there to us and to keep peace. **** agreed or should I say my wife agreed. I, **** True, did not agree with this as we did nothing wrong.
we never received payments or hired any contractors and never came to an agreement on me, **** True being the *** All of the pricing for ******s house was too expensive and therefore ****** acted as her own GC and hired her own contractors. No money was exchanged with **** or **** True to pay the contractors that the ****** hired. ****** wanted us to lie to her bank advising them that they gave us money to pay contractors but we refused. She also wanted me to lie to the foundation contractor that ****** hired because the foundation was not done properly or should I say to the housing plans that the ****** had drawn. ***** the ******* for the foundation contractor advised me that the ****** advised him that there was going to be living quarters in a gym in the basement and therefore needed egress windows. This was not on the plan. ***** also advised me that the ****** wanted a bulkhead to enter the basement which was not on the plan. I was in ******* when all this occurred and had no input on the changes of the foundation.

**** True-received a call while in ******* asking what size windows were in the foundation, I have in a text message to the ****** advising them to refer to the plans. They felt they needed egress windows and advised ***** the contractor for the foundation that the ****** hired to put an egress windows which is to building code if there is going to be living quarters in the basement

I, **** True left my excavator for the ****** to use while I was in ******* in case there was anything that needed to be done while I was away. If they wanted a bulkhead this couldve been easily dug out and added with very little work. How many contractors do you know would leave $100,000 piece of equipment for a consumer to use in case they needed something.

I saw the complaint from pro line tree service. I received a call from Pro line basking me where the polls were to be sat and had an agreement with the last pole going down the driveway wouldve been on the right hand side of the driveway however by the time I could return a phone call to pro line the last pole was already set on the left-hand side of the driveway.I have a voicemail from pro line in forming me of this and he states in his voicemail message that I would not give a s*** about killing any more trees on the left-hand side of the driveway. I was at the original conversation with ******** and ****** informed him that they want to save as many trees on the left-hand side of the driveway as possible for privacy. I was not paid for any treesthat was a cut for the telephone poles or the electrical entrance because I cut the trees after I return from *******. I can prove this with the video from the ****** if they had not already erased it. However, I can still prove it because the sales lady from the foundation contractor had to wait in the driveway for me to clear trees that I had cutafter returning from *******. The ****** paid me the balance to date $35,000 prior to me leaving for *******. I can prove this in a text message with ******s mother which states the balance due to date is $35,000. So the fabricated lie that ****** has told the police department and the Better Business Bureau is truly a lie! In the same text message ******s mom informed me that she has paid the foundation contractor $21,000. It is my understanding that this check bounced. When I return from ******* ****** asked me to talk to the concrete foundation contractor to fix the problems with the check and to please get him to complete the work even after 2 checks bounced.

I install a driveway, waterline, septic which was approved by the town, clear the lot with a chainsaw in my ******** and track loader, stumped a lot and prepare the lawn for a foundation for $65,000. I tried helping friends and enjoy the work however this will be the last nice thing that I will ever do for anybody. These people are unbelievable!

once our attorney is finished preparing our lawsuit for slander I will be happy to provide you with copies of everything that we have encountered..Please call me to discuss and I look forward to putting this fabricated lie behind us and justice served.
