      My account was canceled without warning or notice. i was not properly notified.It cost me a great deal of time to resolve this.I am now in housing court because my last bill payment was lost.I am at a loss on what to do about this.The bank is not giving me any satisfaction.Please advise me what is the resolution.I was not given any satisfaction.

      After having about $15,000 in available credit via TD ******************* for Raymor and ********* that I hadnt touched in a few years, I decided to make a purchase of my baby furniture in the amount of $800 on July 18th. On August 23rd, I went to make my first payment of $200, and according to TD, I inputted one number incorrectly for my ACH payment. One week later, I received a letter indicating that the payment was not received, after my initial confusion, I immediately called TD and made the decision to pay the debt in full, so there'd be no other errors. After taking my payment in full, the TD rep made no mention of any additional consequences and even waived the $25 missed charge fee given it was the first offense. A few days later, I was notified by Experian Credit Monitoring that TD *******************s lowered my available credit from $15,000 to $665. And because my $800 payment hadn't gone through yet, Experian was currently reflecting that not only did I miss a payment, but I had ALSO maxed out my credit card 137%. I called TD serveral times to get help understanding matter with very little empathy. Although this may be a legal practice, I have a hard time beliving it is moral or ethical to treat a customer this way. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and the stress of having my 12 years of on time payments and credit score destroyed in a matter of two weeks by TD ******************* makes me never want to do business with them or Raymor and ********* AGAIN. Avoid TD ******************* at all costs, they will ruin your credit.

      my account was hacked a company called send wave took all my money out within 24 this transitions were not flagged I realized this when I try to pay for food and card was declined contacted my bank TD bank put a claim #C-93372 I received a provisional credit for one week and then they reversed the provisional credit stating it was not Fraud I request 3 times for someone to contact me no one ever did now I lost $2598 put in a second claim #C-121634 still no one from Td has called me I called the company who took my money send wave they dont have an account or card in my name TD bank still refuse to give me my money back Im so disappointed on Td bank I trusted them I thought my money was safe with them this not ok

      I opened a TD bank account ************** Rate bump on 5/23/2022. There was an incentive offer for a $200 bonus for depositing $20,000 and keeping that balance for 90 DAYS.On 8/22/2022 (91 days later), I called TD Bank to inquire about the $200 bonus. I was informed that I did qualify for the bonus and that it would be credited within 7 to 10 business days. It has now been 103 total days since I opened the account and NO $200 bonus has been applied.

      My normal monthly automatic payment was withdrawn from my bank on 8/23. No funds were returned and I did double check with my bank. TD marked it as unable to locate account and charged a fee. They have been very unhelpful with locating the payment which they have and applying it to my account. One representative admitted that there was a known auto pay issue. No one else appears to know about this. Account **********.

      My husband made a purchase on Amazon using our TD bank card that I didnt realize he used. I thought it was a fraudulent charge. I called and put a claim in, only to find out it wasnt. I called the bank and said I made a mistake on saying it was fraudulent. They had already cancelled my card. I called Amazon and repaid for the purchase using new TD card. They re funded my money to my old card and keep telling me they have to transfer it to my new card and have yet to do so. Every time I speak to someone at the bank they keep telling me the complaint is in and it will be 10 days to clear up. This has been going on since May and still no transfer of money and late charges keep piling up on my new card with an outstanding balance which should have been paid off with transferring the money.

      I DISPUTED A CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR $138.00 BECAUSE I DIDNT GET THE **** I PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED "THE REAL REAL" AND 3 WEEKS LATER WHICH WAS YESTERDAY I SEE THAT THEY HAVE REVERSED THE CHARGE FOR $138.00 I'M VERY UPSET AND JUDGING BY OTHER COMPLAINTS THIS IS A ONGOING ISSUE WITH THIS BANK PROVIDING PROVISIONAL CREDITS AND ALWAYS MANAGING TO TAKE THE ***** BACK. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A BANK THAT LOOKS OUT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I JUST WANT MY $138.00 BACK BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ****.

      I've contacted TD Bank to close my account and to send me a check for the funds in the attached statement. I've made several attempts by phone, in person, and by email with no results. The only response received was the attached letter, in which, no one responds to the phone number or email listed on the letter.I made several attempts and was told to come back or I will receive a call to no avail. I am tired of playing games and want to get this resolved. The bank will not answer or return my phone calls, but if I call from another number they will respond and promise to return the call but never call back.Please help.

      The credit card services removed my credit card from the td bank app months ago. I have called for weeks on end trying to speak to customer service to resolve the issue, no responses. The credit card service line rings for hours without anyone answering. This has to be the worst credit card company anyone can go to. In addition, when they finally answered the customer service reps will either hang up, pretend they are redirecting you or cut out half way. Very unprofessional.

      My husband of over 50 years (************************) and I (********************************) purchased a car with a loan from TD Auto Finance. The car was officially in his name. My husband passed away Easter Sunday of this year and had no will. I was eventually was able to get the car back after a long back and forth with TD Auto Finance which included a repossession of the vehicle and consistently conflicting instructions from your good bank as to how to proceed at any given time when I was going thru a family tragedy.Now after all this, I finally have the car back and your good company is providing me no reasonable assistance with the process of obtaining the ownership documents so I can use the car. The end result a process which started for me over 5 months ago on 04/17/2022 (EasterSunday) has been unnecessary difficult indicating a complete lack of compassion and cooperation from your customer service team. So I have done everything you asked of me, yet I am paying for my only means of transportation to sit in my driveway!
