I have had my car financed through this company since February 2019. I have had multiple issues with this company. In December of 2021 I filed for an extension for two months for I was struggling to catch up on bills since COVID, it took months of calling and paying money everytime I called to cover interest to have them finally accept it months later due to incorrect information input by their agent. They approved my extension for December and January. This has affected my credit score for they have it filed as unpaid with the credit bureau I have called them multiple times to dispute got different information everytime I called and was just asked to wait. After calling multiple months in a row I spoke to a manager they told me I had to write in a letter to request to dispute the issue with my credit I mailed out in a few months ago and I still have this affecting my credit score I called them again and theyre refusing to change anything said that I have to mail in another letter again. Their records show that I have an extension on file for those two months the person I spoke to verify that yet they wont update the information with the credit bureau to remove that off of my credit that is being affected. I also believe that the money I pay monthly is not reflected correctly for my interest is different every month. Again I have had this car for 3 1/2 years and somehow I only paid my $26,000 loan down to ****** with $470 payments every month. Please help me with this company they are horrible.Business Response

I am rejecting their response for they are reporting incorrectly. They said that my credit reporting is accurate and that my credit score isnt being be affected by the reporting of the extension that they had submitted which is inaccurate. I have attached screenshots of my credit report showing that December and ******* are reflecting negatively towards my credit score that they have it marked and reported as unpaid this needs to be corrected for they did approve the extension and it should not be affecting my credit score negatively. I also have requested for records of my payments for the second time from them to show the portions of my interest that I never received. I see they attached this to the response so will review those calculations of interest as well.

I contacted TD on 6/28/22 after moving to **. The *** needed two documents (copy of the ************** of permission to register the car). I was first told that the documents would be faxed and mailed on 6/28/22. After giving it 2 weeks, I never received the documents. I called back in and the original person never processed the request. A second request went through and I never received those documents. I have called TD numerous times hoping by some miracle they'd be able to help me before my car registration expired. Spoiler alert - it expired! I've been calling daily hoping that an agent or someone would be able to help me and have just hit more roadblocks. Every person kept claiming it would take 72 hours to process the fax request, which I simply don't have time for after waiting 6 weeks. I'm a good standing customer, never even missing a car payment and actually making additional payments monthly. I talked to a supervisor today and was told I'd need to wait an additional ***** hours for the fax request to be acknowledged and hopefully I'd have it by end of week. I've already placed a fax request in last Monday, 7/25, and still haven't received that. An agent slipped up and let me know that at one point the fax requests were being cancelled because a manager was saying that the *** wouldn't accept faxed copies, when the *** literally gave me their fax number to use for them.It is now 8/1/22 and my car is still not registered in ** and I'm not able to use it without risking getting a ticket. Oh, but don't worry - they were more than happy to take my car payment today! To resolve this - I want the letter of permission faxed immediately. Making a customer wait almost 6 weeks for two pieces of paper is the worst customer experience, and frankly, the entire process needs to be overhauled if it genuinely takes this long. I noticed accounts displayed on my consumer report that are a violation of my rights as a federally protected consumer. This is about two separate issues:-Uber promised me around June 3rd in writing via their app's help section that I would be refunded all costs associated with a ride I took on June 1st. They refunded me partially, with an outstanding amount of about $86. When uber refused to respond to my communications further, I contacted TD to dispute it. After several attempts in which no rep seemed to understand what on earth I was going on about even despite literally doing the arithmetic for them over the phone, they sent me a letter saying I was never charged $86. There were three charges, and when you add them all up, then deduct the refunds I received, I am left with $86 I was due to be refunded but was not. This is not rocket science, you guys.-I changed my name legally under court seal to hide from domestic violence. I believe TD still has both my old and new names on my account together, and I believe data brokers have tied my two names together via TD's info, as I am appearing on data broker websites under both names. You are endangering my safety. You need to remove my old name from all your records. Call me if you are confused. ************Business Response

After getting locked out of my account for no reason after making 2 payments for a ******* phone they seemingly cant get their s*** together enough to verify my identity. Then want me to open a crypto account with another company to verify my identity. Still dont have access to the account, because Im not opening another account with another company, the customer service isnt 24 hours, yet they want you to call them to be able to log in. Then instead of having a link to the number I have to ****** the number, its not **** this should be easy to figure out. I mailed a check from my Chase account for payment on my Con ****************** ****, even the account number entered on the top,the check was tampered with,amount I wrote scratched out, a Mr ****** Lunzon wrote $16000.88 to himself,check was cleared by TDbank on 5/9/2023. I discovered this on 5/11/2022. I called Chase to inform them of the fraud,filled out a claim form since 6/6/2022, I was told it will take ****** days to process. I financed my vehicle through TD Auto Finance in 2016. I set up automatic payments with the very first payment so every payment forward was made automatically on time, never late or missed, for the entire term of the contract to my very last payment on April 15th, 2022. I was an exemplary customer. For 2 months following my final payment I emailed and made several phone calls requesting my payoff documents and lien release which never came. Finally, I filed a complaint with the ************************* Immediately after being contacted by them, ***************** (TD Auto Finance Customer Experience Advocate) called me to discuss my complaint. I also received her response letter to the AGO regarding my complaint in which she wrote twice in the letter that I alleged what I reported. To allege means without proof; I had provided proof. I provided print outs of our portal correspondence, specific dates, times, details from my phone records, and my account was noted by their reps each time I called in. She apologized yet patronized me in the same letter. When I finally received my payoff letter from them congratulating me and telling me they "valued my business", it was dated incorrectly. It said my account was paid in full on 6/20/22; over 2 months after my final payment was made. I contacted ***************** and asked for a corrected letter which she sent but not without adding a condescending comment in parentheses which reads provided there is no issue with any payment we have already received. I would like the following:1.A payoff letter with the correct date of 4/15/2022 and *minus* the snide, condescending ****** she added which implies my business with them could still be open. As stated above, I was an exemplary customer and would like to be valued and treated as such. 2.My payoff date to be correctly reported to the ** MVD so my lien release and clear title reflect the correct date of 4/15/2022. It has not been resolved. Despite the company having sent me apology letters, they still have not submitted the proper paperwork to the Arizona MVD correcting the lien release date on my title. Arizona MVD requires them to do this before they will update or correct my title information.

Once my issue is truly resolved, I will accept the response but at this point nothing at all has changed except for the receipt of many such letters. **AZ MVD needs to be notified of the CORRECT date that my lien was paid in full so that my clear title reflects that date rather than the date shown of 2 months after it was paid in full. AZ MVD requires the lien holder to submit the proper paperwork, I cannot do this myself. Please submit the paperwork to AZ MVD to have the correction made and clear, correct title sent to me. I paid you in full; never missed a payment in 6 years and this is what I've been put through the past few months simply trying to obtain correct documents. Please take care of this.

RE: Error for car morgage payment I had a car loan from TD auto Finance by ******************** dealer, locating at Long Island City, ** this Jan. 2022. And I have been paid my loan from Feb up to as of today 6 times. However, TD Auto Finance shows they received only 5 times, and I found out this error on June payment notice. SO, I checked my ********** wire transaction record. It clear says money went thru to TD by wire transfer and money withdralwedl from my checking account. I have all copies showing money went to TD. So I called them and faxed these papers and even mailed to their office. Also, I left 7-8 times msg on their website since June, asking clear this issue. I have been trying to get my car registered in **** for over a month but I need the memorandum title from TD auto finance, I have called numerous times as well as sent the documents needed for me to be able to get the title via certified mail twice. Tracking number - **** **** **** **** **** I have also faxed the paperwork to be able to get the information so I am able to drive my car that I am paying monthly for. TD auto finance keeps telling me to call back or that they have escalated the problem to the department that handles these matter. But yet I still have not heard anything.
