Back in late May/June of 2024, I purchased and was charged for a ******* Washer/Dryer Combo. For some reason the system charged me twice at that point and I've been calling into TD Bank for over a year to try to resolve this issue. As of June 2025, This has not been resolved. I'm looking for the correct refund onto my account and to close the account accordingly. Also looking for a refund for any fees that have been charged on the account. I have attached the various documents about the disputes over the timeframe. I'm currently on the phone with TD Bank now opening another dispute but I have no confidence that this will be resolved.Business Response

I've attached an order to which the entirety of the order was cancelled. The only item the Samsung financing card was used for was the washer dryer combo that was delivered and the partial refund references this cancelled order (which was not fully refunded). My balance should be the total of the washer dryer that was delivered, minus all payments that I have made towards the account.

With respect,This has been an ongoing issue since June of 2024. I've made multiple calls into TD Bank with no resolution after multiple hours on the phone over the last year. Simply, my balance should be the one item I have made a purchase for (the washer/dryer combo) minus any payments made. When I spoke to a representative last, before the latest dispute, they said it was all set and the balance should have been updated in a billing cycle (note that they stated my balance should be around 600 dollars).
I'd like this resolved please so I don't have to spend any additional time on the phone.

In the past I had a TD bank account . I remember have a checking and saving . When you deposit in the saving account any amount it will disappear. When you request report far back about your account to over looking your mistake . The bank mail you blank statement from year again . I sue in the past in court about mistake to my account . I remember be assault by employee in ************ and take to a room with in the bank to be assault and on the bank floor . I was wrongful arrest and change was drop again me from the employee or bank . To this today I dont understand everything that happen I just knew there bank robbery people and assault people . ************ , *************** and ******** location .I remember me hand resume be ask to work for them . I dont want to work for this horrible company . I just want documents say again I am not guilty of any crime in bank when I was assault . The local cop 46 police station keep the document about this case . I just knew any past purchase from this bank have no history record cause problem for me . I live with parent mother I dont have a joint account with her . I knew my mother look like she had bank card that look the same to my bank card number from the past and her boyfriend does to when he not my father . And on my mother section 8 document from housing paperwork keep say I have a open account when all account to this horrible bank are close . Attorney said to me to keep the account close to show I am not use a card from them . But my mother has a debit card from them . Did not sign anything over to family and dont have joint account with parents . Im not marry Im single in ******** . And in the past I has ***** account only just deposit ***** and that account is missing I remember when I was very young . I was assault by tenant and non tenant on my mother resident and bank cards was stole and report to law enforcement. The robbery case seen front of a judge in court . I got a cub cadet credit card and it was the first credit I had in my life, and I was 39 at the time. After spending around 4500 on my lawnmower and blades and bag attachment, I still had about ***** left, so 2 months after my zt146 purchase I went to ******** lawn and tractor in ********, sc. I liked the price on one mower and 650 was within my credit limit. Little did I know, and this mistake would ruin me. They used jargon that was foreign and I tried asking for explanations of the terms and got laughed at and I understood that promotions would deduct an amount from the total. Not with this company. I was charged 150-200$ more than sticker price. The lawnmower lasted me 3 weeks and literally fell apart, bolts came loose and then handles wouldn't work for self propelled or throttle. I called the store and they were rude because they told me that they didn't care about my business. Verbatim. After I called a 2nd time and I was told to bring it back in and they would fix it. The mechanics were really competent enough to tighten bolts to spec, so why in the h*** would I bring my stuff to them? I called td retail card and got nowhere. **** not understand and definitely don't give a ****. Just make payment they say. Fast forward to now. 1yr later and I don't even have the push mower because it was non functional. Well my yr deferred interest was over and I had to pay 200 interest for one month. I had been paying extra per month. To pay it off. I filed a complaint with td retail for the local shop misleading me and publicly mocking me. **************** for td.retail ruled against me without hearing my side. I called 2 days before my bill was due this month, and was told not to pay my bill until they resolve it. Lie, and now I have late fees and can't afford it.Business Response

I understand that I made a purchase, the 50$ was hidden upon checkout. As was the interest, I was misled and that took advantage. Not to mention they sold me a piece of junk that fell apart within 3 weeks. I keep getting calls from them and I keep trying to find a resolution but they get disrespectful and rude. I am very disappointed with TD Bank's customer service.Around March 30th, my wallet was stolen at the gym. Although my cards were not taken, I later discovered two unauthorized transactions on my bank card. I immediately contacted TD Banks customer service to dispute these **************************** after, I received a refund for both transactions. However, about two weeks later, one of the disputesamounting to /$289.67was denied. The investigation concluded that the transaction was made by me.First of all, the recipients name was ********* Winbom**, and the shipping address used was different from mine. The person was likely able to obtain my billing address because my wallet was stolen and they might have seen my ID.Despite all this, TD Bank still ruled that it was my own action. I am filing a formal complaint against TD Bank regarding their mishandling of a chargeback request and their ongoing lack of response to multiple inquiries.On [insert date], I submitted a dispute for a charge made by ************, a company that supplies compounded GLP-1 medications.
