1 starIn August of this year I seen that my TD Bank credit card balance was higher then normal so I reviewed by account to see what was purchase. As I looked at my transactions I witness that there were multiple transactions that were purchased along with subscriptions that I did not authorize. So I called TD Bank to explain. As per ******* , she stated that she will review these purchases and will take 90 days to see I will be granted the credit or denied the credit. Two months later I called them back to find out I was denied back in August. Not even getting a call or an email about this. Needless to say I cancelled my credit card and now left with a hefty balance that I did not accumulate myself. I would not suggest any to get a TD Bank credit card. They will not give back any refunds if somebody hacks into your account.Review fromjacob m

1 starThey don't even deserve 1 star. When my first payment was due couldn't remember my username. 3 days of calling like a dozen numbers I fi ally found the retail card number. They called 6 times in 2 hours to tell me my payment was a day late but absolute radio silence when my payment got canceled due to not enough in bank account-FOUR DAYS LATER! had the gall to charge $25 for some stupid assessment. Shady overseas loan sharks are what they are at TD retail. ******* needs to switch providers because this is ridiculous.Review fromSean D

Absolutely the worse car loan company ever. *** **** ** **** ** *** **** Their customer service is absolutely horrid. I've had my loan paid off for 3 weeks now, as proven my by local bank, and they have yet to release the lien. When I demand answers, they respond with, "This is our process." Absolutely horrible.TD Bank

1 star0 Stars: TD Bank is full of thieves. It is the worst bank ever. It had a fiasco this past summer where debit cards stopped working, leaving many people suffering, and they blamed **** for something they couldn't fix. Worse yet, if you open a credit card with them and pay on time, they'll still charge you late fees and interest for purchases, even if you make none, effectively collecting more and more from you on top of APR, making it more difficult for you to pay off your credit card debt, The *** is an absolute moron, and the customer service agents constantly provide lip service that amounts to nothing. People, close your checking accounts with them and consolidate your debt to pay off their dumb loans, then take your business elsewhere. Let's close down this bank - I'm tired of seeing them stealing from Americans.Review fromsue j

5 starsI have always found TD to have the best customer service. My branch manager is always helpful and proactive. He has suggested products and services to meet my situation. He was instrumental in getting me a home equity line of credit and helped me to set up an investment. The tellers are always friendly and they do have the longest hours. I have never had a problem that they did not solve to my satisfaction. I feel like they are a small local bank and not a huge corporation.. They make me feel like a valued customer and i would not do business anywhere elseReview fromFRANK L

1 starI gave one Star, because, the option started from One, otherwise I would have given "Minus Zero" TD Bank is heartless, On 8/29/23, I rushed to TD Bank on 928 N Colony from a car ************** where I was trying to rent a car, to deposit money so I could use my Debit card for the $300 deposit needed. But my card and my $400 got trapped, without the transaction being completed. So I stepped into the Banking Hall to complain. First they wasted my time, before attending to me, then when they finally attended to me, I was told that they could not see any money and the card, that I should file a complaint.I called TD ***************** and described what happened. The ***************** said, she could actually see the money and the *** card, she advised me to wait till the next day, when hopefully my money would have been reflecting in my account The next day I went to one of their branches, but I was told that, that money was not in my account, then I called TD Bank customer service, this time, they claimed they no longer see the money and the *** card. then I called original bank where my card was trapped, I was told the money was not showing and the *** card was not showing as well, she advised that I either come to their office, or call **************** to file a complain.I called customer service, filed a complain, after like 2 weeks, my account was credited with my $400, but to my shock, two days ago, TD Bank removed my $400 refund, according to the customer service agent, the investigation conducted showed that there was no error, so they took the little money I had in my account, and I am now owing them.It is bad enough, that I was denied of my money when I needed it most that morning of 08/30/23, and would have been terribly stranded. If I did not have another bank.TD Bank is making me look like a thief, and a liar by claiming not to see my money and my *** card Right now, TD Bank had stolen my $400 and are claiming that I am now owning them.Review fromMonique L

1 starI have been desperately trying to reach out to TD Bank regarding an error they made over 3 weeks ago and no answer. The Occurrence: In December 2021, I filed a dispute against a charge from Airbnb. Essentially, the listing I rented went against ******** Housing Laws; it was a rental property in a ************* ***************** building. I filed the dispute with TD Bank.I dropped off documentation supporting my dispute within a few days of filing, at a TD Bank branch downtown Manhattan.Fast forward to March/April 2022, I received notification that my account was overdrafted and closed involuntarily, and in collections. I was told that my claim had been denied because no documentation was received. I explained that I certainly did provide documentation, in person at ******** branch, and still had copies of it. On August 11, 2022 when I returned from my trip, I stopped by TD Branch in ************ and met with a *******************, Senior VP. I provided, once again, all my documentation and he filed my claim again. I then received a letter and a check from TD Bank, stating that my claim had been approved and the check was sent to me via snail mail because my account was closed. See attached letter from TD Bank. One year later, 9/1/2023, I was alerted that my account is currently in collections with *******, for the same problem.**How TD Bank Breached:**The breach occurred when submitted documentation failed to reach the appropriate parties, leading to involuntary account closure, overdraft fees and collection activities. The breach has continued, 2 years later, leading to more false information being reported to credit bureaus, other banking systems and financial institutions.**The Causation:**The breach of duty directly caused my account to be involuntarily closed; also has contributed to false negative information to be compiled on my credit report and banking history.**(I am unable to open any other bank account while this is in collections)*Review fromMalcolm T

2 starsWhen you check your account on line. The account is not detailed. The account information shows any funds that you may have paid over not your most recent payment. This is clearly misleading.
