      Signed up for the td earn 600 offer . Met all requirements . No bonus received. Reached out on 07/02 to enquire and was told the systems were down so theyll need time . 4 follow *** and 1 phone call and nothing yet. How can a bank do big have systems down for close to a month . At the same time they charged me 50$ in monthly membership fees . Do not do business with this bank.

      They will not apply payments to principle only even if you write it on the check and call ahead of time. Its a complete scam

      I traded in a vehicle and purchased a vehicle on 6/16/2023 and on the traded vehicle that the dealer purchased, I had to pay my regular car payment on 7/1/2023. The dealer did not follow the law, I was not the owner, and the bank, TD Auto, withdrew money from my bank account. I made several calls to receive my refund to the dealer and never received a return call to date. Once a vehicle is sold-it does not belong to the original owner-both Integrity Auto and TD Bank broke the law.

      They repossessed my car without giving me notice and have had me run around on the phone for the past 2 days trying to talk to someone who could help me, I have yet to be called back

      TD Bank **** works for the merchant, not the cardholder. I purchased theatre tickets on line on May 11, 2023 from Ticketsales.com. After selecting payment type Ticketsales.com confirmed my purchase with additional fees attached. I immediately called them to cancel this sale. They insisted that all sales are final. I then called TD **** to cancel the transaction. TD Bank *************************** set up a dispute claim. The final outcome was made on June 12, 2023 after many phone calls and re-filing the dispute. TD Bank determined that the merchants cancellation policy trumped all else. They would not help me.After many hours of research I found "**** Core Rules and **** Product and Service Rules". Dispute Condition ****: Cancelled Merchandise/Services Dispute Rights states: The Dispute applies if the Cardholder made a reservation and attempted to cancel within 24 hors of delivery of the reservation confirmation. **** also lists under Cancellations that Merchants may set the cancellation policy that meets their business needs. **** only "requires" that merchants offer at least a 24-hour cancellation period after the receipt of the cancellation policy to the cardholder.A call to **** did not help. They only assist merchants, it is the Bank's responsibility to assist the cardholder. I will cancel my TD ****. Hopefully other Banking institutions help their customers/cardholders in compliance with the Rules and Regulations **** requires.

      This banks retail card services has been shady from the first account stament I received. There was already an online acct set up that I did not set up and did not know the details. I called in 5/4/23 and they were confused how that could happen. Then I set up the acct and it dropped the 2nd 6 at the end of my acct number and when pymt made rejected then *********************** me $25 for that being wrong, I then called in on 5/17/23 and did a 3 way call with my bank and set up the bank details. I made a $3200.00 payment and I was told the acct is set up and you wont have anymore problems. Then today 6/21/23 I have yet another $25 charge because that person in fact DID NOT take care of the account. They REFUSE to give me the $25 back. They obviously are out to deceive customers and make money only.

      TD Bank defrauded me of >$600. And they were absolutely horrible to deal with in the process:In May 2022, I had $596 fraudulent charges on my TD Bank **** card. It was clearly fraud; they didn't even use the right name (that is, the merchant made no effort to verify). Got a new card and TD Bank waived the charges. But then a month later, with zero explanation, they reversed that. I spent several hours on the phone (as one has to do to deal with them) appealing the ruling. They would promise to give me an answer by a certain date and failed to do so 3 times!I had been with this card for more than a decade, with an entirely unblemished record. That alone should have had some sway, were TD Bank an honest company.I paid the money, rather than have monthly penalties and interest compound into thousands. Amounts to legal robbery. And then cancelled the card. TD Bank is a horrible company.

      I opened account and made one deposit it stated it cleared so I went to withdraw. Only to be locked out my account. **** wont work and they refuse to give me new one. Told me to call 800 num and got run around 9 times from brink to 800 number even when in nine times to get my money they refuse to give me money or close account or give me acess

      This bank is the worst bank to do business with, they ruined my life and my credit score over one mistakenly late payment one time . I called them multiple times to help me resolve the problem all they given me is running around and hang up the phone and rude customer service.staying away

      This bank is the worst bank I've ever been to. I was a victim of a check fraud. Somebody stole and deposited the rent check I mailed to my landlord on Jan 2023. I realized what happened in February when I saw my rent invoice. I called my landlord and they said they never received it. Also we emailed back and forth. It was a check from my account on **********************. So I first called TD Bank, and they recommended to go to the nearest branch. How unlucky of me that I had to go to this branch. I signed all the necessary documents as directed and left the bank to hear from them. Well to this day still, there is no update. In the meantime, I went to the bank twice, and they filed again and filed again. 3rd time is maybe a charm, maybe they managed to do it, but still, they don't answer my emails. The store manager and supervisor don't know what they are doing. The worst of the worst treatment. I urge anybody to stay away from there.
