      There should be a no star review. I closed my account as TD has no banks in my new area. Also,, I tried to wire transfer funds from my account to the title **********************. TD said I had to be physically present to initiate a wire transfer. Then why have the process at all? Finally, after closing the account, I took my TD ************** Check" to ********** for deposit. I was told there would be a 12 day holds on my funds unless the check could be verified. The folks at Chase tries but, after almost an hour on the phone, TD staff informed ********** that they don't verify checks, even their own bank check. While I am very short on funds, I am happy to no longer deal with TD Bank.

      This is the worst retail financing company ever. You cannot get them to help with online account needs, their website is awful and hard to use. Any account error always works out in their favor because they never provide you with enough information to not have issues. Do not finance through this company, it is a heartache.

      TD Bank is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a truck driver and during the pandemic I was so busy driving and getting supplies delivered all over *******. My Red Card was set on autopay and since I couldn't manage my credit union I switched my payment to my other bank since they're nationwide. Unaware that it didn't apply for the current month my payment failed to post. TD Bank ended up putting 2 late payments on my account. I've written, called and filed a complaint with CFPB about this error. TD Bank refuses to rectify the entries. I had same issue with ***** and ******** They immediately fixed these late payments but TD Bank is so greedy and unfair they will not fix it no matter what. I can't wait to pay this account off and close it even though it's one of my oldest cards. I refuse to give them my business after this.

      If you were to make any payments using TD bank debit/credit card or zelle you will get a confirmation from who you are paying. the amount will be withdrawn from your account but ********************** will revoke the transactions and give priority to ATM withdrawals or cash advances made after the payments. Their excuse is there is a glitch in the system but this has happened multiple times.

      They ask for 2 forms of Id to cash a check from their bank and then they also charge non members $10 to cash a check drawn from an account from their bank! Thats ridiculous!!! So if the check was for $25 then you are only getting $15 ???? And they just get to keep that money even when the check is good! Not stolen, not fraudulent!!! I would never use them as my bank!!!

      Hi, the Londonderry store I have my safety deposit box. They don't check IDS and dont even ask me to sign the card any more. They just ask what box. So its not dated and stamped or anything. I'm not happy with this. I DO NOT want my email address sent to them since I don't want them to get in trouble and they know me. If you reply to them phone them or delete my email address. Please respond. if i don't get a response I might change banks. This is to ***.

      I was robbed and knocked unconscious and td bank wont refund my money. Im a first responder and served this country. Im pending a police report which documents the aforementioned information. Additionally, Im a customer for *******. This is a disgrace.

      In September of 2022 my business checking had over $8000 transferred out of it through ACH debit which NO ONE at TD Bank alerted me to. I believe this bank is loaded with people inside the company stealing money from it's customers. I've acquired two attorneys and a local police department detective to start looking into this issue. My girlfriend also had a compromised account, with someone stealing $3-5 several times a week in locations all over the country which they said there is nothing they can do about since it was on a chip card. In my entire life I have never dealt with a more corrupt bank than TD and I don't intend on letting them continue to steal from all their customers.

      I had a problem with a Zelle transaction with a buyer !!!! TD bank had denied my claim so it should have been dropped right there well NOPE !!! the buyers bank charged him back for the $1000 and TD BANK told me I have to pay the buyer ANOTHER $1000 out of pocket even though my dispute was denied !!!!!!

      I purchased my vehicle through TD Finance over a year ago and still cant get my title from them. Call many times and still cant get the original title sent to me. No one is helping and the car is stuck in a different state because of this.
