I had multiple fraudulent transactions that I didn't even realize was coming out of my account for an entire year. It may have even been beyond that but the representatives at TD were very lousy in assisting me. I called in to report this in Dec. 2022 when I noticed it and attempted to start a dispute on my break. I wasn't able to complete this process because the length of the time the transactions went back and asked the rep. to leave notes so I can call back and continue on my next break. When I called back I was able to complete it(Or I thought) with another rep. whose name I didn't get. She also helped close the account to prevent any further transactions from coming out but couldn't send out a new card for whatever reason. I was told that I would be updated on this once completed and that didn't happen! I called back on JAN. 18, 2023 to check on it during my lunch break and was told there was no claim filed. I spoke with the supervisor April to make a complaint and have the dispute properly filed. I was told I would be updated AGAIN, this didn't happen. I called back on FEBRUARY 4th 2023 and was told a letter was mailed which I never received the agent then began to read out that it was dated 01/23/2023 for a denial of transactions I had not authorized. Charges that were obviously not properly investigated. This bank has shown me plenty of times that they do not value you time or money and I want my money back and would like to close all my accounts.

This bank is a joke. I was attempting to transfer money via a partner that TD Bank uses. I have tried this process twice. It does not work and there is no indication whatsoever that it is unsuccessful. I had to pay $30 to wire these funds that should have been transferred at no charge. I have wasted time and money on this. This seems like fraud to me. Shame on TD. Closing my accounts first thing in the morning.

This company has a district manager in the ******** region that has been discriminating me from working at a TD for years! I dont know what her issue is, but we worked at a different institution NINE YEARS AGO! She was a horrible manager as well as abusive and now any TD Bank Ive applied for, Ive been denied to work at because of her. How racism/discrimination acceptable? This company is NOT an equal opportunity employer!

Signed up for this offer at TD Bank. New customers can earn $200 Receive qualifying direct deposits funds of $500 or more within 60 days of opening your account to earn a $200 bonus. All you need to do is open a new TD Bank Convenience Checking and set up direct deposit totaling $500 or more monthly into your account within 60 days upon account opening. Once the offer criteria is met, the $200 bonus will be credited into the new personal checking account no later than 95 days from account opening. I am now in on day 96 several calls, stopped in bank they agree all criteria was met (Haddon heights Bank), several online messages only to respond with a completely DIFFERENT offer saying I don't qualify and that is correct but not talking about that offer. This bonus that I do qualify for, direct deposits were made, balance kept, etc. but they refuse to give me my bonus that clearly states: $200 bonus will be credited into the new personal checking account no later than 95 days from account opening. Filed a complaint with DA Consumer Affairs and I will continue to file everywhere possible until I get my bonus. How do they keep their customers when the first transaction is a lie. So tired of big business getting away with hurting little people. I did my part they need to do theirs. They get 0 start rating. ******************************* Audubon

Well, Can I give it zero stars? I am banking with different banks and TD is definitely the worse. They do not care about their account holders. I have recently transferred all my money out of my account but, to purchase my apartment, I still needed a bank verification letter. I placed an order and was told that it would be ready in 24 to no more than 72 business hours. Over 72 business hours later, I have gone to the branch, called, and it appears that no one can help me. They tell me that this letter is very specific and comes from a specific branch. Why? First Republic game me the letter on the spot and so did the teller at Well Fargo! I had 3 business days to submit the letter for the cooperative approval and this has definitely hindered the process. It is hard to understand why someone cannot just write a letter stating how long I was banking with them and my current balance.

I only know of TD **** Services since it acquired ****'s Cashback credit card in the summer of 2018. I originally used ****'s Cashback Credit **** in 2016. After getting a new card, sign-on, and the whole ordeal, I only appreciated the low APR only. The rest is zero stars. I am handicapped and recently got married so I reached out to them to change my legal name. I messaged them about it and they said I need to go to the nearest bank... it's 157 miles away from my mailing address! Would anyone genuinely drive 157 miles for a name change? I responded to the message with those details and they told me to call customer service. So I called customer service and asked if there was another way and they wanted me to fax it and write my account number on my marriage certificate, utility bill, and a copy of my driver's license. Who would want a ********************** card number on their original marriage certificate and who uses a fax anymore?!I laugh at their slogan, "America's ********************* because they just paid hundreds on a trademark that's not true. They forget to mention that it's inconvenient for the handicapped and people in the year 2023 who do not own a fax machine. They do NOT have the most convenient locations for me to change my name. How is it that *********************** and Chase offer online document transfers for their credit card customers and they can't?To add, forget balance transfers! If you have a negative balance and want to get rid of it, it takes 2 weeks for them to send a check to another credit card company to make a payment. YIKES, TD! Get with the 21st century!

TD Morgage Servicing My Mortgage was sold to TD Bank for servicing. Both their online portal and paper statements do not provide current escrow balance information. Only information provided is YTD escrow contribution. After reaching out TD, they do not seem inclined to offer this information. Given that it is my cash sitting in their institution working for them, it purposefully keeps customers in the dark as to the escrow balance. This is a borderline predatory advantage for TD and seems designed to inflate their escrow coffers. It is apparent that this obscurity is intentional and at a disadvantage to the mortgage holder.Example why this disadvantageous:1. if I was to sell my house, how would the amount I am to be reimbursed?2. how do I know when I need to request an escrow analysis?

I and my wife opened a joint checking and savings account. My wife deposited her paycheck using their mobile app on December 30th, 2022. TD put a hold on the check for 6 business days, today January 10th, 2023 I called to find out about the money since it was still showing on hold for six business days. I was asked, why do you need this money for? I explained that it was my wife's paycheck and that she needs her money. The second person who came on the phone was from a fraud prevention department explaining to me that some people call and they have 20k in their account so we keep it under control. TD BANK controls our money, our hard-earned money.
