      I called off the TD bank mobile app to get assistance disputing a charge. I talked with a person named *** who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and super lovely! They made my process easy and after a day of stress trying to handle the charge I needed help with, they solved my problem so quickly. I would write countless fantastic reviews about ***. They deserve a HUGE raise.

      I had six thousand dollars stolen from my account which was at the ******** branch whoever had done this set up a bunch of cash app accounts and used my card from a wallet that had been stolen from me. After realizing this the fraud **** said that they had contacted cash app and that I had done alot of business with them , I had never heard of cash app when I called them square credit card readers owned them and I had done alot of business with them as I was self employed and used them. The fraud **** didn't care and still refused to cover it saying they felt I had something to do with it . They are crooks! Flat out thieves if your smart you won't take the chance with them and lose like I did. ***********************.

      Honestly, TD Bank doesnt fever even one star.Ive had an ongoing issue with a charge on my TD Credit card since June 2022. Countless hours on the phone to try and rectify this fraudulent charge. Today alone over 3 1/2 hours and was disconnected. No return call. Ill be finding a new bank for my checking, savings and money market.

      This company is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with in my 44yrs on earth. I purchased a phone through them ******** All Goods". I was never sent any payment info and was not sure if it was billed directly through my phone bill. My notification came when I noticed a hit on my credit report and through Credit Karma I tracked down TD Bank as the company. That 1 was my fault. Then I set up auto pay and it failed to process another payment. Frustrated with the company I called in and asked what the entire balance was and was told an incorrect number leaving a balance of $130 on the account. They never call and go directly to pinging your credit report so I was hit again. I again called them asking what was left on the account to zero it out. AGAIN I was given an incorrect balance of $22. I paid the $22 and AGAIN was hit on my credit report. Calling once again , extremely angry, I asked what the remaining balance was and was given YET ANOTHER incorrect balance but this time I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor finally gave me the balance and the account was/is and always will be closed from here out. This company is a hustle to hit you with late fees. Before them I had a 100% payment rating which dropped to a 97% after dealing with this 1 company. If this review saves 1 person from the headache it was worth my 15min.

      Absolute worse. I would give them a zero if possible. After depositing a check into my account Without explanation it was placed on hold for six business days. When I realized what happened I returned to the bank to inquire why. I was told I dont know, for some reason it went to the fraud department they dont tell us but offered this possible reason its probably because its a personal check from someone you never received a check from before. What does that have to do with anything???!!! Not to mention its none of their business. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. To add insult to injury. The check amount actually cleared from the issuing bank but TD Bank still refused to release the amount into my account until they were ready (Six business days).

      This company is forcing us to file chapter 13 and absolutely horrible. Please stay away from. Besides other reviews being spot on, I have yet to figure out how they come up with their numbers. We had about 9k financed from them for furniture through Raymour and *********. We have paid for over 2 years; approx 400 monthly with finance charges that are insane, difficulties paying them and really difficult to find out monthly figures. Last month we paid $900 to be ahead with them and get a bill next month for $800 due. After 28 months of payments, we still owe $9900!!!! How the h*** is that even possible?? No matter how long we pay these people, we will never end. All of our other credit bills are perfect payments and helping credit while this is just killing us. We just don't have any other choice just because of these people but to file bankruptcy. We are trying to prepare for retirement. Had I known that this would be a spiral into a h*** for us, the furniture we got for our children would never happen through them.DO NOT GET INTO THEIR TRAP

      I called in for a Balance transfer 10k for 15 months no interest 3% fee, she said it expired put me on hold came back said she got the ok read a discloser ask for my ok and i stated only if its 15months no interest, it's in the recording but now after getting statement they are trying to charge me interest and fee don't trust what they say this is a theft to me,

      Being questioned when making a cash deposit when is less than the recorded government threshold. That is discrimination and was not necessary. You dont need to ask what people do for a living when making a cash deposit. If it less than the government try reshokd of $9999.99 you do not need to ask.

      Charging me 2 payments plus a late fee for being 6 days past the due date on ******* financing. They don't deserve even a 1 star

      I was the victim of a bank account phishing on July 18, 2022. When I called TDBank in the next few minutes after it happened, they told me that nothing could be done because the scammer had used my debit card and we had to WAIT for the (big) charges to not be pending anymore in order to file a dispute. Coincidentally, I had reasons to think (long story) that the charges couldn't go through, and TDBank told me that, after 7 business days of pending, they would just be dropped automatically. I started relaxing just a little... But when I called again after 7 business days, they announced that the charges had gone through 5 DAYS PRIOR!!!! don't you think they could have let me know right away? I hate how they treat their clients. Now that the investigation is happening, they tell me that I am ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED TO ANY UPDATE! I am starting to feel like I am treated like the scammer... It is SO frustrating.
