      We use this credit business through ****** Furniture located in *****, *****. After purchasing our furniture we have had issue after issue about using their online and automated payment services. Their website will not process payments and the business is aware of this issue. The automated service does not work either. When we call to speak with customer service they always give us the runaround about who we need to speak with and give us different numbers to call. We are always ontime with our payments with all of our other credit lenders. Since we have been using this credit service they have caused us to have multiple late payments. The business is aware of this. Today we attempted to call and resolve an issue on our account becuase now this payment issue has reflected negatively on my husband's credit score. It has caused his score to drop 120pts. This is unacceptable. When trying to contact this business I spent well over 2 hours trying to contact them. I spent over an hour on wait time after getting hung up on several times. This is not in my opinion a credible credit service. They have not been helpful in removing the negative credit reporting and I need this issue resolved immediately. This business needs to be audited and updated. They should not be offering services if they cannot provide secure customer credit ************************* and processing services. I am highly unsatisfied and implore with the BBB to help me with this issue. I do find it interesting that the physical address provided is not the same as the ** box provided in the emails they send to customers. The ** box info it lists is TD RETAIL CARD SERVICES ****************************************- 3114

      I deposited a check with Td bank. The checked posted to the account of the person who wrote it on the 12th of November. Td put a hold on my account and wont release the funds until the 21st of November. In the mean time my electric was shut off.

      Nov 13 2024??I went to cash a td bank check. the check is good then he said to me his machine didn't work then I waited for the next teller then She said I can't cash this check it's the policy I said according to your web page it says different can I speak to a manager. I ask the manager to see the policy She said to see the policy you have to be a Customer ????. Web page: The Check is Good it's a td bank Check I have Two Forms of Real Id??. I asked again to See the policy No was Her Response.????. So td What kind of service did I Get as a walking in Customer??????

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Please, whatever you do. Do not use TD Bank to finance anything for you. They are impossible to deal with, as most everything is automated and they turned my account over to collections months after it was paid off.

      Hi. I opened up a new checking account online with TD bank when I received my debit in the mail I decided to make a cash deposit not being informed my account was put on hold due to identity theft so the teller should not have taken my money thanks to this bank incompetence and lack of communication my account is frozen I have no funds to for gas to even make it to work am still waiting for my dispute to be lifted. They should have given me my cash back I cant wait to close this account and not deal with this s*** bank ever again!

      I purchased a lawn mower through a local dealer and took advantage of the 0% financing through TD Bank. Everything was fine until three months ago when they changed my account number without notifying me. I had autopay set up for the previous account number and paid it diligently every month. In August, they called saying they were trying to collect a debt from me. I checked my bank and the same amount was debited from my account to TD Bank as it always has. There was no credit to my account. I called TD Bank and the first ****** I talked to said this is happening to a lot of people. I tried to dispute it but can never get through to anyone. I finally had a supervisor call back and she told me to fill out the dispute form on their website, which I did. I even provided supporting documentation saying the account wasn't delinquent. They did, to their credit, waive the late fee (which was never late), but it has been three months and the only response I have received to my complaint is that they are "investigating." I call multiple times a week and sit on hold for up to an hour. Nobody ever answers. I have left three messages through the online system and receive no response. I am taking my complaint to my state's attorney general. Stay away from this company. Not worth the hassle and very frustrating. Frankly, they are thieves.

      Would not recommend using td auto finance for vehicle loans. First, it took them almost 2 weeks for them to acknowledge that my loan was paid off. Nows its been a month and I still dont have the title for my vehicle. When I call them up and have the electronic lien release done, they say it could take up to 10 days to release the lien on top of the month that I have already waited. When I tried to talk to a manager, the manager just hung up on me. **** poor customer service.

      Mr ****** is a bully and a creep he didnt wanna accept my money in the bank then threatened me by telling me that I cant use my account until he says its ok very Nasty demeanor and additude the teller was just as unprofessional as he was

      They charged off my account with no notice, and it was NOT delinquent. I had a not-at-fault accident and after the insurance company paid off what they would I still owed on the vehicle but never missed or made a late payment. They charged it off ~60 days after insurance paid. I offered to pay in full if they would remove the charge-off, but they refused. Apparently they would rather ruin my good credit than get their money.

      The individual people I've dealt with at the bank are always polite and courteous, but as an institution, the bank privides terrible service. Every time I try to something, I am met with polite and courteous explanations as to why they can't or won't provide what are basic services at other banks. And they charge what I consider excessive fees for the honor.I opened a replacement account at another bank and am having a difficult time getting my money out of TD to transfer it.
