      I cannot get a hold of TD Financing/Retail Card Services, despite many calls with 2+ hours of wait time. Shame on this company! Do not ever open an account with them. I financed my NordiTrack with them and need copies of my statements, which used to be online until they switched web addresses. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

      DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH TD RETAIL BANK--> I Was forced to use TD Retains for a ******* phone financing program [NOTE: NO card was ever sent nor the full account number ever mailed to me], phone has been fully paid off at this point but warranty plan of ***** was charged through this service [******* Care+]. I have a collections letter from TD Retail card services for a payment that DID processed (No email notification of issues via email or physical letter as my preferred notification settings in the web account portal). Additionally I have a late payment Credit report from this vendor that is wrongfully filed and I am working through having it deleted. Trying to get an agent on the phone for the Collections was easy but they refused to help as there is NO collection currently in progress. So collections forwarded me to the main support line which does NOT answer a phone call. I have made multiple attempts ranging from 45 minutes to nearly 2 hours to get support and answers to what is going on and I have yet to get anyone on the phone. Note this is all over roughly a ***** payment, with 8.00 pay OFF, which was made and there is no process to close the account within the web portal; using the phone to try and close the account I was being asked for my account number, which again was NEVER sent to me. I need to close this card but to date have no way to do so, malicious, vile and dangerous bank to deal with making it extremely difficult to access or close the account against federal regulations, this bank needs some serious lawsuits and Federal investigations to its practices. Reporting to Texas Attorney General for Consumer Fraud and filing on here a case, plus looking at what other actions I can take to get this account closed and the fraudulent filing removed from my record.

      Opened the card to finance a Zeroturn mower. First payment made fine through online payment. The second payment was "returned" however it never hit my bank account. I called my bank to verify if the payment was ever tried to process. It was not. No record of it being attempted. Received next statement and it shows it was paid as does the recording of my account information but then my payment due shows I have a late payment fee and have to pay last month's payment also. I have tried to call several times. On hold for hours. I drive to and from work with over an hour drive. I sit on hold the ENTIRE drive. I called first thing in the morning, person answered and hung up. I called right back, on hold for 1.5 hours, no answer. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. How can I resolve a payment issue if I can't get through to a person to answer my questions?

      Echoing same as others. I got this card when I bought a bed. I still dont have my account number or the card so I cant access the online system. I tried reporting the card as lost since I could reach the automated features big mistake. They sent me a letter saying it was reported lost and vaguely hinted that they wouldnt reissue one and I had to call? I call and no matter how long i am on hold I cant get through. AVOID ANY CARD ASSOCIATED WITH TD at ALL COSTS. Not worth the stress.

      TD Bank HAVE YOU LIST YOUR MIND?? I sent my husband to the ***********. ********* location today to deposit $700 IN CASH into my checking account through the drive-thru. They wanted him to fill a form out with the following information:HIS NAME HIS ADDRESS HIS SOCIAL SECURITY #HIS EMPLOYER and HIS OCCUPATION.***ARE THESE CORPORATE OFFICIALS CRAZY WHEN THEY CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA******AND EVEN CRAZIER TO IMPLEMENT THIS POLICY**Way to drive customers AWAY!********************** you are FAILING in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      Very poor customer service. Can't reach anyone after 4 hours of being on hold. Once I did reach a representative, the person would not fix my issue. Been calling all week to reach a representative and no contact with anyone. They're new online account doesn't work at all and won't fix the website and is charging us late fee's when we have no way to pay the bill.

      This thing has been a nightmare. The account was opened by the store where I purchased my washer and dryer. It was supposed to be a 12-months same-as-cash deal, which I'm sure is in default now because I can't access my account to make the payment. I can never access my online account; it always says they are having trouble accessing my account, even if I change the password, etc. They hid ****** reviews somehow, so you have to dig to find complaint - but there are PLENTY. I had to search for them to be able to leave this negative reviewwhich I am happy to do because hopefully someone will read this if they aren't already caught in the trap.

      Currently on hold for 3 hours. I made an $80 payment early to payoff my account for ******* financial which is through TD bank. They made changes to their security recently and I had to put my bank info back in. I paid the $80 out of the same account that I have prior with no issues, again 5 days early. The payment was returned of which I didnt know till today. The day the amount is due, not only that they charged me $25. I obviously cant pay from the account I have before due to maybe getting charged again. On hold for 3 + hours and no closer to a resolution. This is crazy and terrible customer service!!! I dont recommend using TD bank for anything. ********

      Company had incorrect operating hours on their letterhead. We were charged a ***** fee because of a "clerical error."
