I would say they have horrible customer service if I was ever able to reach them. I have spent hours on hold, waiting for someone to answer to help me with online account access. There is no account lookup like real credit cards have, nor is there another channel other than a call center. I get daily reminders to change my password to a new site I don't, and have never had access to.Sad that the incompetence here will affect my impression of ******* as well.

I will NEVER deal with ANY TD Bank affiliate again! The TD Retail for ******* financing has REPEATEDLY violated the terms of our agreement that I entered into with them. The latest is due to their switching to a "new website." I was denied access to a statement. Plus the automatic withdrawal didn't happen due to THEIR faulty new system, so my online account stated I had a late fee despite not having access to a statement (abusing THEIR agreement.) I got the late fee reversed because they admitted fault. Their system e-mailed me to let me know I now have access to JUST my latest statement. Now they have DOUBLED the agreed monthly automatic withdrawal amount for the next statement due date. When I called I was on hold OVER 45 MINUTES before giving up three times, however their automated phone system stated that they received my minimum monthly payment agreed to so I'm not behind. Despite this their system still states my MINIMUM payment due next month is still DOUBLE the agreed to amount. I have called TD Bank headquarters only to be transferred to their retail division, who then told me that I had to deal with the same branch that I have only one number for and have held on wait OVER 45 MINUTES THREE TIMES in ONE DAY, and another 1 hour and 15 minutes last week trying to get through. They VIOLATED the terms of the agreement and I have not missed a SINGLE automatic withdrawal payment! I have been on hold AGAIN 25 minutes and counting as I wrote this review! They messed up, not me. I will be transferring my remaining balance to another creditor that actually does their freaking jobs and CLOSING my TD account permanently! Not only will I NEVER deal with another TD branch, I will badmouth them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE in the future giving them AMPLE REASONS as to why they should NEVER do business with TD Bank!

Disgusting, terrible company. Will never use them again. To start, I was charged a $50 promo fee that I was not informed of when I financed the equipment. They recently changed their web portal to a new domain which caused issues. I have video and photo proof that the web portal was saying I have NO balance due, yet I was charged a late fee because of a system error that was their fault? In 15 years I have never missed a payment on anything, now I'm going to have a derogatory **** on my credit report for something that was their fault. I've been locked out of my account for a few days (for no reason?) and I need to get in contact with them to unlock it. I have been on hold for HOURS and not a single answer and no option to receive a callback or anything. This company needs some heavy legal action brought against it for all these deceptive, predatory actions towards consumers.

Just went to deposit a check from a house sale (>300k) into my TD account and was told they couldn't accept it and I would need to take it to the bank that issued it. Absolutely absurd! But I guess lucky for them they don't need my business.

If I could put zero I would, I have 3 accounts with TD bank, worse auto loan ever experienced, you just cant make a payment with TD bank for principal, because TD auto finance, is separate entity for TD bank, I try to enroll in auto pay through bank, could not do it, had to send a letter to me to sign papers ??Then I never received any letter , twice???Then I sign up on TD auto finance online, I have a savings, and they set it up as checking, then the payment was late, then I had pay over the phone, then I called to have it corrected? Someone switch it to checking account auto pay, it bounce back because its saving not checking, TD bank is not a good company for auto loan, its like they go out of there way to not take your payment, I had a **** on my credit report, and they said I had to send a letter to credit report company?? What ???? I didnt make the mistake, TD auto finance made the mistake, why do I have to anything, I talk so many customer service representatives, they are absolutely not help fully, sarcastic, smart re****s, not good customer service, I guess thats why its 1.5 stars and thats from other customers reviews, ????????

I am trying to access my account yesterday and today. I was transferred to a full mailbox so I was not able to leave a message concerning my problem so they can't give me a call back to fix it. Nobody is picking up even now. I have lost my info and I do anything in my account

TD bank affiliated card services: Making TD bank look really bad! Used this card for an equipment purchase. In trying to pay off the balance and close the account this bank makes it extremely difficult! Wanting to continue to charge fee's. When trying to contact by phone to speak with someone, the automated system doesn't recognize the phone number nor credit card # when entered, thereafter leaving you on endless hold! Horrible bank! They are entrapping people into high interest rates by playing there games. They should be sued to the fullest extent by law! What their doing is criminal!

Outrageous! This company changed their website for customers to login, but they require you to put your account number which is not available anywhere. It says call them but nobody answers (on hold for hours.) I've tried every option in the automated phone they have. Well how can we check our accounts now when everything's online but you cannot login? ******* needs to look at this, they'll lose customers, it's very frustrating! Goodluck to those who has automatic payments, because this company probably wants you to miss your payments to unlawfully charge them, since there's no way to login to the old and create new accounts. Financing scam. Please ******* check TD! Payments are due this first month since their update.
