      worse bank ever. they block transactions and apologize but the harm is done. even when you call them and they tell you everything is solve it is not. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

      Have been trying to reach them for a week, been on hold several times for over 2 hours then get hung up on. I purchased a watch through ********* website for $240 and TD says I have a $900 balance, They charged 3 $250 charges and $150 charge that I never made. IT has been impossible to reach them, my login for the website does not work. What are they doing besides causing problems for their customers. Do I really need to pay off the nonlegitimate $900 balance to make this go away. What horrible practices by them and even worse customer service.

      I have called 3 different times and waited over an hour twice and over 2 hours once. All I am trying to do is get them to unlock my account so I can make a payment. I will never use this service again.

      Id give no stars if I could. Im just sick to my stomach that I cant be helped. Im getting the run around and wait times on the phone are ridiculous. I cannot view statements from my app and when notified by my credit report that a balance increased I looked into it and noticed ******* was higher. I probably shouldve been way more on top of it because apparently they will not help you. I apparently just missed the deadline and they stated they could not reverse the interest of $1800 that was charged. I asked if I could get it removed and pay the balance off but because I just missed the 30 day window I am basically SOL. I explained that I tried calling before but I could never get to a representative. I had just had a baby around the time the supposed statement was sent so waiting forever on the phone was hard and Id get interrupted. I tried viewing my statements online but could not. I currently cannot even access my account online.

      The worst company Ive ever dealt with! They will not answer their phones, Ive called several times and was put on hold for hours. They came it hard to make a payment, and If you are late one day they charge a fee, and report you to the credit bureau as late. If you are considering to do business with them, I suggest you run as far away as you can!

      I financed my NordicTrack treadmill through TD Retail Card Services in January of 2023. It was a great deal 0% interest for 3 years. I signed up for auto pay and was set to pay it off in 3 years to avoid interest. I moved in June 2024 and changed banks. I went into the website (which is not user friendly at all!) to update my bank account for the auto pay way before my next payment was due. Im almost certain it told me my next payment would come out of my new account. Well it didnt and after making my payments on time every single month for 16 months, TD lowered my credit limit below what I owed causing a 105% credit card utilization and lowered my credit score 30 points because of missing one payment. I didnt get any notification from them at all about the missed payment and lowering my credit limit, they just did what they did. I paid off the remaining balance just to be done with them and to raise my credit score back up which really screwed me financially, but at least Im done with them. I will never use TD again for anything!!!

      I received a credit card offer in the mail from TD Bank. There was no mention of transfer fee. For this sole reason, i went online to see more. The online application allowed a transfer but it did not show a fee. Perfect. A transfer without a fee to a no interest card for a year is helpful. I went ahead only to find there was a fee added to the account. I called in and told them. If this was stated, I assure you, it was not shown on the screen. I asked them if they could cancel.. they said yes, all would be cancelled. Keep in mind, I called the ten minutes after the application. Anyway, they never cancelled and I got stuck with a fee. Complaining is fruitless. I was told in an email that I was made aware of the fee and proceeded anyway. I ask them to stop and consider. If I called up immediately afterwards and cancelled it, am I lying? You said you would cancel the whole thing, you did not. The call should be recorded...they say it is. Look it up! Bottom line, whether it be a tech mistake or deliberate, i was misled here. And there is no help.

      They are the actual worst. I would love to give them negative stars but cant. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still have not responded to several different emails I have sent over the last couple of weeks. Still not even entirely sure if my account is closed with them or not. 10/10 do not recommend go literally anywhere else.

      I have been trying to change my first name on my bank card. I called and they told me the only way to do it is to go in. I went to the bank a bit before 4:00 and started the process but my card could not be printed instantly because my phone wasn't receiving a code sent by the banker. I got the code about 45 minutes later, a series of texts with multiple codes actually. The need to verify things by text puts an unfair burden on the consumer. Their electronic verification is annoying and unnecessary.

      Worst bank. Account going into closure. Became totally disabled due to work accident. Normally pull out negative money because I need it since Im not making money and they wont refund fees because I had to many refunded so now Im 1700 negative an 700 In fees. They rather my account go into closure a never get any money since I own nothing in my name than just reverse the fees to help a person in need out. Found a new bank already was willing to pay off my debt if they could reverse fees to help a disabled person in need but they would not. Sad.
