    Our tile shower was installed incorrectly and had been leaking inside the walls with no outside visual. It rotted the timber of our timber frame home. The company does not want to help with the $15,000 repair cost. Contractors have stated that they have never seen anything like it. This shower was not installed correctly.This company does not want to take ownership of the shower they incorrectly installed that literally created a hidden pool of water in our bathroom. I tried to post on their ******** page pictures of the shower and the damage but they are never posted so they must screen what can be posted on their page. I wonder how many other people have had similar experiences with this company. My advice would be not to purchase anything from this company.

    The shower installation occurred nearly thirteen years ago, and it is surprising that we are now being held accountable for the current issue. It is challenging to ascertain whether factors such as house settling, a ceiling leak, or other variables have contributed to this situation. We have not received any communication regarding potential problems until the present time. All installations were conducted in accordance with the specifications that were in place at that time.
