  THE WORST COMPANY IN THE ***** TO DEAL WITH!!!! LIARS, CHEATS AND THIEVES! ******* MAKES PROMISES HE HAS NO INTENTION OF KEEPING. Poor, dirty workmanship, failure to complete jobs in spite of being paid in full. He left one heat pump working in pieces on the basement floor instead of being mounted, has left an enormous mess and has removed none of the ducting and furnaces he was supposed to remove. He ignores my phone calls and texts. I have to call from another number so he cannot avoid speaking to me. He promises to respond 24/7 and NEVER DOES!!!!! He always has some fabricated emergency involving sick children, fabricated visits to the *** being kicked out of his rental temporarily, having to move into a house with no heating as excuses for leaving a job 1/3 done for weeks on end. One BS lie after another.LIARS, ****** and THIEVES. NEVER EVER EVER EVER do business with *******. He is the most deceitful person you will ever have the displeasure of working with.On Monday my attorney is receiving instructions to *** him.

  Stay Far Far Away from Bangor Heat Pump (now LLC, new management) This is the most unprofessional company we've ever contracted. They installed two heat pumps at our home in July 2023. The installation is still NOT complete even though they were paid in full. The system is missing some aesthetic coverings for the outside units. The company told us there were supply chain issues, but as soon as they parts came in, they would come back and finish the job. The never did. They constantly lied to us. They would schedule a time to come back and never show up, never a call. Countless phone calls made to this company, they blocked our number and never answered. We had to use a friend's phone with a number they didn't know to get them to answer. again, more promises, more no show, no contact. We finally got through to them again and they said they were dropping us. We asked for a refund and they agreed to send us a check. As you can imagine, no check ever came. They are liars, they are unprofessional, they should close their doors.

  Run far away from this company. They Installed the heat pump at our camp two ******* ago worked for about a month. installer/ Owner came back twice to try to fix the issue. Heat Pump is rarely used at the camp a few days in the summer and heat for the winter came back that winter no heat called Bangor Heat Pumps Owner installer informed me that he had the wrong flaring tool and that he had a lot of issues with the heat pumps he installed that summer came back following summer supposedly fixed it and used it for about a month once again in the winter no heat this spring less than two years later no air-conditioning again in June contacted Bangor Heat Pumps. They refused to come out again, said they would not come out on their dollar Had a second company come out take a look at the heat pump basically told me whoever installed the heat pump was there to just get the money he did a terrible job. He listed numerous numerous issues including basics like not installing filters, not spray foaming any holes in the walls. Every fitting was loose it lost all of it Freon, which apparently was the third time that it happened cost me another $900 to fix the problems that Bangor Heat Pump caused and shouldve fixed in the first place dio not even think about using this company
