Very professional service. Technician said that my unit was not that dirty and only needed to be cleaned every other year, but I prefer to have the annual service to keep it running at optimal condition. It was nice to have an honest technician not trying to up sell me. Thank you!

MAC Heat Pumps installed a wonderful mini split system for our old home. The installation was great as was their staff. We also purchased a maintenance contract, which I am very pleased to have. They came out recently and cleaned our system both inside and outside the house. I highly recommend them.MAC Heat Pumps

I did not observe the cleaning of the exterior unit. The cleaning of the indoor unit was very complete, with the unit being taken apart to access all possible areas of dust collection. All areas were cleaned and then washed with a liquid. The area was spotless after completion. I was very impressed with the operation!MAC Heat Pumps

**** came out from MAC Heat Pumps and did a maintenance clean on my Fujitsu indoor unit. He was very professional, extremely efficient, and a good source of information. Since I use wood as my other heat source in the winter, it is really important to do a full and complete cleanse of the unit on a regular basis. Thanks for your good work ****.MAC Heat Pumps

The cleaning service provided by **** was great! He called us to make sure we were home. All questions we had were answered. Anything he needed to do was clarified before starting. He was respectful by removing his shoes when I asked and made sure surrounding items like pictures and furniture were either removed or covered up. After the cleaning was done he asked if I had any more questions before he left. Just by speaking with him I could tell he is a hard worker. Your company should be proud to have a good employee like him:)MAC Heat Pumps
