We have had our 3 heat pumps for 9 years. MAC Heat Pumps installed and continue to service them. They have been fantastic. The few times we needed a repair they were here in a timely fashion. Everyone in service and office is always knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. We have recommended them to many over the years.

Friendly and helpful service persons. They take the time to explain the servicing of the heat pumps and answer all of our questions. They work very clean and clean up after the servicing work is done. They are punctual and do not rush through their work. I highly recommend this company.MAC Heat Pumps

Just had my annual cleaning of my two MAC heat pumps. Will was punctual, professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He even showed me a couple things about the newer pump I hadn't bothered to learn about in the year I've owned it. And the office staff deserves praise as well. From the day I first called to inquire about getting a heat pump a few years ago to the setting up of cleanings, they have always been cheerful, helpful and responsive. I learned of them from a friend who was satisfied and I have recommended them to several others who were seeking a heat pump. Top notch people at a top notch Maine company!MAC Heat Pumps

Im very pleased with MAC heat pumps. The first unit they installed worked great, and we ordered from them again. They maintain both of them well each year. They do well with phone reminders of their appointments. They were able to work with me on the timing of the appointments in the year as well.MAC Heat Pumps

Excellent company to do business with. Been dealing with them for 7 years. Had a system installed at my residence, then at my rental property. I have both units serviced every year. The staff are great to work with and answer all questions that I throw at them. Very competent and professional. If you're looking to have a heat pump installed, call this company.MAC Heat Pumps
