We have had an excellent relationship with MAC Heat Pumps for the past 5 years. They clean our heat pumps every year and do an excellent job. The entire staff is well organized and very pleasant to work with. They are very reliable, competent, dependable, trustworthy, professional, courteous, and efficient. They are well trained and know what they are doing, and are very polite and considerate. They are always happy to answer any questions we have for them, and offer helpful advice and suggestions.I recommend them to my friends all the time.We are very fortunate to have such an excellent company with great employees to service our units! Thank you!

WOW, What a group of professionals! From the office staff to the technicians I was treated as if I were family. My unit was cleaned completely, including the filters. ************** was polite, courteous and and worked fast and efficiently. I have used MAC Heat Pumps for several years and always had outstanding service in every way. I definitely recommend them to install and service your heat pump. I truly believe that they have the best staff you could ever have. Thank you for all you do!MAC Heat Pumps

I had a mini-split heat pump installed by MAC around 2013 in my seasonal rental. It had only been cleaned once, other than my less than diligent cleaning of the filters. Will came by to clean the unit yesterday and was very professional. I had guests at the property at the time and he wore his mask when around me and my guests, took his shoes off each time he entered the house, made sure I understood how to properly clean the filters in the future and asked me more than once if I had any questions. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and ****'s professionalism. I was also called ahead of my appointment to remind me of the service call and the office staff is also pleasant and easy to reach. MAC Heat Pumps have given me great service from the time the unit was installed and continues to do so. Thanks **** for hiring such good people.MAC Heat Pumps

Just had my unit cleaned and I was very pleased with the conscientious tech who did the work. He did an excellent job on a unit that had never been cleaned since installed by another company.MAC Heat Pumps

5 starsWe have had the heat pumps for two years now, and the service has been incredible! The person who has come to clean/maintain the heat pumps is very courteous and helpful. We just had a second annual service. The same young man came that we had the previous year. This young man is fantastic. He is efficient and a joy to talk to. He provides advice on proper use of our heat pump and how to keep it cleaner. I will look forward to seeing him next yearMAC Heat Pumps

This company does not do installations correctly and it will cost you a ton if you have to have your refrigerant recharged due to their poor workmanship. The hose that is supposed to drain any condensation away from the coil was installed so it was uphill, like a U. obviously the hole through the wall board was drilled in the wrong place. Rather than admit that occurred they left it so the condensation couldn't escape and it rusted through the fittings and leaked refrigerant.The price they were going to charge me just to come look at the unit, that had been checked just a few months before was ridiculous. I saw the damage myself so I know that is what happened.Found another repair company, damage is still expensive as hose has to be rerouted through the wall. The coil is on warranty but the refrigerant is the big expense, all because of sloppy workmanship by MAC Heat Pumps. Find someone else.MAC Heat Pumps

At MAC we strive to provide the best experience before, during, and after installation. In this case, reparations were made for an initial, minor error in installation. Subsequent customer concerns were addressed in conjunction with our scheduling, as MAC is not a 24-hour service provider. It is unfortunate that a mutually-satisfying outcome could not be reached.Review fromLynn T

We had our heat pump installed in Feb. 2022. Now that we really need it our unit has failed.There is fluid that has leaked from it but Mac Heat pumps can't send anyone til August 1.We are appalled at their treatment of us. **** TMAC Heat Pumps

According to our notes we were able to fit you in 3 days from your initial call instead of the 7 days we initially provided (and you referenced in your review).
