      Our experience with Hill View Mini Barns was unsatisfactory. This business has excellent specs on their sheds and gravel foundations. In fact, there sheds look better on paper and in person than any others we looked at elsewhere. That being said, they are a dishonest with their prices and won't honor their warranty.They price ***** and upsell shamelessly. The office staff are uncaring and worthless. The owner, *************************, misled ** and was unapologetic about it. He will act like he cares but he doesn't. He just wants your money!This was not what we expected from ******** reviews we read online. There was water coming into our shed at the floor level and ******** came out himself to have a look at it. The shed lets water in on all four sides at the floor level! We wanted to have the shed replaced but ******** said that he wouldn't do this. When he came out we showed him the saturated flooring where water was coming in but he said that it was due to our property being "swampy". We also paid for a gravel base from Hill **** for this very reason.We are not satisfied with his assessment and unwillingness to replace the shed. Our shed floor will be rotted out in just a few years (my father is familiar with construction and he said it will be rotted out and black mold is already a problem).We are stuck with an overpriced lemon. The specs are much better than the local competition but the construction was, obviously, poor. Go somewhere else or be prepared to lose your shirt if your shed is built on the wrong day of the week!They just don't care once they have your money. We were treated with respect until the shed started flooding out. The owner will lie to your face and their gravel foundations are overpriced and don't help to keep water out.Be forewarned, they won't honor their warranty or take care of a problem like ours after they have your money. Now we are stuck with a very expensive and defective shed. Steer clear of this business.

      Sorry you feel like you had a bad experience but we can't find your contact or purchase information in our system.

      We once had a disgruntled employee who thought they had issues with a building they purchased from us. They were moving and we offered to buy the building back for way more than they paid for it. We did buy it back in August of 2022.

      Let us know if you want to consider that.
