      We stayed at this campground for two weeks. We paid our $500. They are trying to charge us another $500 and we are not even camping there. I was in touch with the owner and I asked for a reimbursement of the $500 and theyre only going to reimburse me $80, there was no hot water to take showers or even wash your hands. The bathrooms were filthy. The manager of the park was very rude.

      ****** decided to end their reservation early. Per our terms and conditions there are no refunds if you choose to depart early. Attached is their reservation showing their entire stay and entire cost. 

      Below is there ****** review: 

      We stayed for 2 weeks paid the cost. Then with out my knowledge or consent took another 2 weeks of payment out of my account when we had already checked out. Shower water is not hot its **** warm. After a hard day we needed a hot shower. The pine needles ruined my camper awning. Manager is not an honest person she stole from me.
      I would never go back! We left because we were not happy. .

      Below is our response:

      Guest left without notifying the office they were canceling the remainder of their reservation. They were at the campsite during regular business hours yet still failed to notify us that they were planning on leaving two weeks early. They chose instead to leave after hours. While onsite they never indicated to us that there was a problem with the hot water. Nor have we had any other complaints from other campers regarding lack of hot water. This guest was given a refund for the difference between the monthly rate, had they stayed, and the weekly rate, since they departed early.

       

      During their stay we had no other complaints of lack of hot water. We ended up giving them a $80 refund for the difference of the monthly rate had they stays and the weekly rate since they departed early. Although we did not have to refund them anything, we did. 

       

      We take pride in treating our campers as best as we possibly can. Ultimately, this camper left without paying her balance and got upset when we charged her for her remaining reservation balance per the terms and conditions and per the balance on the reservation attached.
