i have nothing but praise for Bowserszzz! The staff is always warm and welcoming. My 2 dogs love going here. My dogs do have 1 small complaint but that is that we only take them there 2x/wk and not 7x/wk! When we get there to drop them off they can't wait to get taken to the back and start the day! I highly recommend anyone looking for a doggy daycare or boarding to choose them. We boarded for 1 night and our dog (we only had 1 at that time) never missed us!

****, whose review appears here is one of several employees who has been asked to leave the business over the years. Discharged due to emotional outbursts and inconsistent performance, his comments are skewed, fictitious, and most of all specifically intended to discourage clients from patronizing what is generally acknowledged as the most transparent, trustworthy, observant and WELL STAFFED business in the area. Please ask people who know us & patronize...including your veterinarian... then make up your own mind.

The dog to employee ratio is often 1 person to 40+ dogs. There are rooms literally covered in large spots of what appears to be black mold. They have multiple rather tall, very dead trees in their dog yards that are constantly dropping massive limbs. Fences are often inoperable due to damage. They leave dogs totally unattended without any form of supervision from the hours of 5:45pm to at least 7am every day due to lack of staffing. The employees are not only encouraged but essentially forced to practice veterinarian medicine with out training beyond what the owner learned 25+ years ago.Dogs are regularly fed cat food if they are too anxious to eat or are just plain not hungry. Then when diahrretic are withheld their food for 24+ hours before staff is directed to feed the dogs boil in bag rice with cheese to stop the diarrhea. If that doesn't work they are often given expired meds the owner has in unmarked unlabeled bottles. There are also multiple pipes of ground up sheet rock dust and powdered sugar to attempt and eradicate the out of control mouse population running rampant in the building.
