Internal medicines, including supplements, as well as anything that is topically applied to an animal, leather or synthetic material are non-returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Merchandise that was special ordered for you will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
FOOTWEAR:
New boots may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery providing they have NOT been worn outside ~ The outsoles must be clean! Any/All original tags must still be attached.
SADDLES:
Unless prior arrangements are made, new and used saddles may be returned for credit within 4 days of the day-of-delivery PROVIDING they are returned in the exact same condition as when purchased and are accompanied by all tags and a receipt. It is highly recommended that saddles shipped to us be insured up to the purchase price. All saddle returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED – Please call us first.
GENERAL:
Merchandise, not specifically mentioned above, may be returned for store credit within 2 weeks from the Day-of-Delivery to Customer providing all tags REMAIN IN-TACT AND ATTACHED TO THE MERCHANDISE.
DEEPLY DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE (15% OR MORE):
These sales are considered FINAL and are not returnable.
FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE:
Items marked or declared as Final Sale, regardless of discount amount, are not returnable.
Day-of-Delivery to Customer will be determined by reviewing records provided by the shipping carrier.
NOTE – Shipping costs, including insurance, associated with a return or exchange of non-defective merchandise will always be at the buyers expense.
NOTE – For merchandise considered by the customer to be a gift, each year beginning with the day after U.S. Thanksgiving until December 24th, all purchases will be considered to have been made on December 25th for purposes of determining the Day-of-Delivery to customer.
