    They installed new flooring and also slanders and refinished. We came home to sanding marks, small rocks under the poly and footprints on them after they were finished. I immediately contacted the company after seeing the foot prints across our floor he blamed us for them, but we had just came home from ******. They were the only ones that had been in our house. He said he would be by to look at them. He supposedly fixed them on Friday as soon as he was done, he sent me a photo and I could still see the foot prints he told me that I could not, and he has not admitted to seeing them once he also had a stranger come in my house, who is another customer of his, which is beyond inappropriate. He also tried to lie about it, but we had them on camera.We have paid him and he tells us they would disappear in 3-4 weeks. We were told by another flooring person they will not. He took off $200 and told us he will be back for it in 3-4 week when they are gone. Im beyond frustrated we have been out of our home for over 2 weeks and should not have paid for a service that was not completely correctly.
