      An order was delivered that was not ordered by me. My card was charged because they had put it on autopay. When trying to contact the company, I received no response back. I sent the product back and a few months later, I received the product again. I had to contact my bank to resolve this issue.

      IT is a bad Company to deal with. I just want my money refunded back to me because I have trying since 8/26/2024 when the account was cancel for my REFUND BACK. I have just been giving the run around for the amount of $89.94 I want to no what i need to do to this company. I need your help.The company name is Austin Herbal Sciences Inc.I have talk to over 15 people that it is going to be return and it is 10/29/2024 and still no refund. Should I just go a head and file this claim with BBB. THANK YOU.

      Arrived to 94 y.o. Without request. Package states billed and on auto ship.A cream and capsules neither of which she can use. We have to return it at her expense to get a refund. Hopefully they did take it off autoship. **************** wasnt very pleasant or cooperative until I said I was going to cause a ruckus for her.

      My dad, 88 years old thinks this will be the next great thing- a simple reading of their boasts assured me that it is "too good to be true" and it sure seems like a scam! Thank you everyone who posted a review.

      This company somehow sold their product to my aged brother who has some mental decision impairment. They also signed him up for a repeated monthly subscription that he was not aware of. It is impossible to reach this company to make any changes. There is no website, email, and the phone is always on hold. Do NOT do business with this company.

      Tried OrthoNew Plus for pain relief on my upper arm and neck. It caused a burning sensation on my skin. Don't buy it.

      This company charged my Dad $600.00 Hes 89 years old. He doesnt understand why when they said its a free trail for 30 days. Then he would pay if he liked it. They charge him the same day the said they wouldnt. And they put him on auto ship. So they could keep charging $600.00. I hope we can stop it. We are trying. This was for an herbal pain spray. This is a scam. Do not try this company. You will not get your money back.

      This is a horrible company i ever delt with. They advertised as mirracle supplement and it advertised as $28 charge for six months on credit card withhold but it did not. It charged right away $87 to my credit card. When i call, she said forget it as if i did wrong. This is one of the ridiculous scam company!!!!!! We had to watch and stay out! When you suffer with a pain you are desperate and can be a easy victim. I willl report to better business and other federal agencies.*****************
