    We had an issue with valves leaking inside our home so we asked *********************** to turn off the water from the street so my husband could replace the valves. Unfortunately my husband was unable to install the new valves. It was late in the day so we knew we were going overnight without water. In the morning I started calling plumbers that advertised emergency service 24/7 but to my surprise none of them meant what their websites claimed. After a number of calls and much frustration I called Precise Plumbing. I explained the situation to **** who said " I will be there within an hour". I was so relieved! **** was here in about half an hour and completed the work quickly. He even called *********************** to come and put the water on from the street so he could make sure everything worked before he left. He showed my husband and I what he did and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. They all say ***************** but **** is the only one that stood by those words. If you need a plumber for any work at all call Precise Plumbing. I am sure glad I did!
