    I signed a contract and gave a down payment of $5,*********** was suppose to begin in Dec. I have repeatedly tried to call and left messages but he has not returned any of my requests.

    Contacted them for a quote for various home improvement projects after reviewing website with reviews. **** Black visited the house and reviewed work. Seemed legitamate. Got an estmate for $5500. Signed contract to proceed and got an invoice for 33% down for materials, 33% due when work starts and final when work completed. Seemed legitamate so paid $1800 with a signed contract and system for payment. Work estimated to be complete by 9/1/23. Contacted **** about doing a shower repair sooner and he said he would try to work it in and come the next week. Never saw him. Asked when we were scheduled and he told me the last week of August. When that passed i emailed and asked when. No response. Tried an email again another week later. No response. Called and left a voice mail. No response. Sent another email and said I would contact the better business bureau. Still no response and I left a final message and said I was doing the complaint. I have searched the web for information about possibly something happening to him but nothing found. I plan to drive by the listed address and knock on the door. On ****** maps it does show a house exist and it has the business listed. I think it is more than just a scam but find it hard to believe it's a ligitamate business since they won't reply to email or phone message.
