      Wiscasset Ford sold me a 2018 **** Escape which then later had engine issues. When I brought it to an auto shop they told me to bring it to **** as it is still under a manufacturer warranty for known engine issues. I did this and at first **** was unaware of this **** recall, and said it would cost over $7,000 to repair. Luckily the auto body shop called **** directly, and this was straightened out, and was covered by ****. Then had to wait as the parts were on back order (even though they were unaware of the recall prior)After the engine was rebuilt, and I also replaced the battery, 9 months later my check engine light is on again, and so is the light for my battery. When I called **** they said they were unable to fix as the warranty expired. They said it was 1 years from fixed engine (which it is) or ****** miles which I was now at ****** miles. ***** realize a new engine should only last ****** miles.Needless to say this was the first vehicle I have ever bought from **** and definitely is the last.

      They sold me a used truck (at a price that was only blue book value if undamaged) with unreported and unrepaired front end damage

      Wish I could give them 0 stars. We brought a truck there for repairs and after 3 repair jobs, the vehicle still isn't fixed and it's going back in for a 4th time. We're out thousands of dollars and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
