    On 12/9/23 at **************, *********, ** a woman offered me a free sample of skin care and invited me into the shop and began to show me how great their stuff worked on my face. I was impressed and must say the 2 salesgirls were good. The first sale $500 was for some sort of serum, night repair and vit C serum and facial peel. Then they offered a facial and used these tool that felt really good on my face to be used along with ***** products. This cost was for all new stuff and two of these tools. This was to be an ongoing relationship, before and after photos, monthly facials, refills on some of the products as needed. I think the price started around $9000 but because they really liked me and could see how much the stuff would help me, they kept bringing it down until they finally wore me down to $4500. The sales tax in my state is 6% so the $500 purchase should have been a total of $530, and the $4500 should have been a total of ****. The Credit card that I used for the $500 purchase declined the $4500 purchase, so I used another card. When I got home, I looked at my online bank statement and the pending charges were different, the $530 was $548.55 and the $**** was $4936.95. I went back to the store the next morning, which was a Saturday, but they were closed. The next day they claimed it was for the fees that the bank charges them, I said not my responsibility. I immediately said I wanted a FULLE REFUND as I don't want to do business with this type of company. ***** the "boss" called me said they refunded me the difference (they did) would refund they entire $530 if I just tried the product for 30 days, if not happy would get a full refund. He said he would put it writing. I said no, he finally agreed and asked for all my info for the refund. I have NEVER heard back. I have called every number I have I've been back to the store a number of times; I have left text msgs. Never got instructions how to use products or what or when to come for treatments.
