    I purchased your products at the IntroStem store in **************, *********, ********. Initially, the Manager, *********************************, was so very helpful, gracious and kind, as were his staff..I got the full treatment, and purchased a number if their products. Unfortunately, by the time I got home, just over an hour away from the store, I began feeling burning, irritation, and trembling in my face, with discoloration near my eye and upper cheek.It didnt help that I used the Mousse Cleanser as advised, after I got home, and immediately that burned as well, as did the moisturizer.I am convinced that the Perfectio by Zero Gravity Light unit, nor the cream used with it, are safe for me, and have felt ill since encountering these products and procedures.When I requested to return the expensive Perfectio Light unit, unopened, for a full refund I was told by their customer service staff, who were very difficult to reach, they do not do any returns once the items leave their shelves. Please beware of this company, unless you know going in that it is safe for you to use these IntroStem products.
