    Today is my daughters birthday. I booked a party (for 3:30pm) with this business to celebrate her special day. It was nothing short of a disaster. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. The female manager on duty this afternoon was extremely rude and difficult to work with. I asked for her name to which she refused to share. She stated I dont have to tell you that. Even went on to tell me to fill an inquiry out online to express my concern and dissatisfaction. I paid over $350 for this party to be placed in a room with no air - my daughters cake melted and fell apart (they had no room in their cooler to store it). No trash can in the room. My party host was *** after about 30 minutes into the party (later found out he went home sick - and no we never received a replacement nor did anyone check on us). I had to run around searching for someone to help me after our pizza was not delivered at the set time as discussed (this is when I found out the host left). I was told they didnt even have my order (which my host took upon our arrival) and Id have to wait about 10 more minutes for pizza for the kids. The pizza finally arrived 30 minutes after it was initially supposed to. I was told i cannot get a refund but she offered me 30 minutes of Karoke after trying to downplay my frustration and concern for the issue at hand. I didnt even have a Karoke party nor was I interested in such. The other resolution offered required more money of me to which I declined. Why would I give them another dime? They completely ruined my childs day and were not remorseful at all.DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITH THEM! I wish I never did.
