    I purchased **************** Home and Business from Launching Deals.com. I was unable to download the software so I contacted Launchingdeals.com (no phone # available) and they provided some suggestions. I followed the instructions and was still unable to download the software. Kept getting msg "link is not a secure site". I sent several messages back to launchingdeals.com requesting a refund with no response.

    I purchased a windows 11 pro license from launchingdeals.com on June 10th (order #******). This key is invalid and seems to have been recycled with multiple users before it was provided to me. According to ********* themselves they determined this is a fraudulent key.launchingdeals.com does not have a phone number and while they responded to my email asking for a "screen shot" of the license error message they have not resolved this matter at all.They have charged me $39.99+ and seems to be fraud. If I do not get this resolved I have to raise this matter as needed.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Launching Deals, the vendor from whom I purchased game cards for **** and ******'s, regarding a recent incident that occurred during my son's birthday gathering. On December 23th, 2023 we purchased Arcade Cards through Launching Deals for the celebration, but unfortunately, upon attempting to use them, they did not work. As a result, we were forced to purchase additional game cards directly from **** and ******'s to salvage the event.Upon discovering the issue, I immediately contacted Launching Deals to address the situation. However, I was informed that they have a strict no-refund policy in place, leaving us in a frustrating and disappointing situation. Despite explaining the circumstances and expressing our dissatisfaction, our concerns were dismissed, and we were left to bear the financial burden of their malfunctioning product.This experience has been extremely disheartening, especially considering it was meant to be a joyous occasion for my son. The lack of accountability and customer service demonstrated by Launching Deals is unacceptable. As consumers, we should not be subjected to such treatment when encountering faulty products.I urge the BBB to investigate this matter and intervene on behalf of consumers who have been similarly affected by Launching Deals' policies. No customer should have to endure the inconvenience and financial loss we experienced due to their negligence.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution and appropriate action taken against Launching Deals.
