    I became aware of Varela Renovations through a post on ********* I was impressed with their social media advertisement explaining their renovation business (which included photos) and contacted them for a quote. ******* Varela returned my inquiry within one day and we arranged an on-site meeting. He gave us a description of his business, listened to our concerns and requests, and in a few days, sent us a detailed written contract for review. His communication was always quick and thorough. ******* is a hands-on business owner working side by side with his employees to insure his customer receives the quality workmanship that he advertises. We are very pleased with the end result and will definitely contact him again for any renovation projects. In addition, ******* provides home inspection services. It is very comforting to know you can hire someone with a strong work ethic, is honest and takes pride in his business. I'm so glad I saw his post.     ******* Varela owner/operator of Varela Renovations did an inspection of my crawl space and attic.After the inspection ******* provided a detailed list of problems with pictures and resolutions. He emailed a detailed estimate later that evening. ******* worked side by side with his crew. Clean-up was satisfactory with all debris was taken away. In his follow up with me, he provided before and after pictures. He told me that there were a couple of wires that were not in junction boxes and encouraged me to call a local electrician.I am totally satisfied with the work that was completed especially his communication and follow through. I would highly recommend Varela Renovations. I plan to have ******* do another project this spring. The final bill was UNDER the estimate by $100.
