    This business may just be a sham.I dropped off 3 crystal glasses to have some minor repairs (chips) in March/April of ******* is now the end of October and I have not heard a word from them.I knew it was going to take time, I was told they had a 3 month backlog, but it is 6 months later and nothing.I try calling them, and all I get is their answering machine which has a rude message that they call when things are done and I am not able to leave a message.I drove 30 miles to their store last Saturday and the doors were locked even though it was during their normal business hours.The worst part is that I left a DEPOSIT as well as my crystal pieces. So, they have my money as well as my glasses.All I want is my deposit and crystal back.And I don't want to take another chance and drive an hour only to find a locked door again
