    We initially signed a contract with this company in May of 2021. They kept putting off our whole house new furnace installation for months. Finally in November we were told they would be starting and we would need to sign a new contract as we were adding an $85 item and then it appears they started the work 2-3 days after the contract was signed.we were phoned, told the project was complete, although no inspection had been completed and they needed the other 1/2 of the payment. Which we paid once the inspection was completed. When I went to the house to paint there were 5 large boxes of parts/supplies/junk I had to remove from the house absolutely no clean up had been done and there were metal shards everywhere and dirt. We also found where they had sliced through our brand new electrical wiring and did a quick electrical tape fix, slashed the new floor, and also cut through a plumbing line. The worst was they did not connect the condensation line into the plumbing instead leaving the condensation line in the crawl space to drain The owner has not phoned me back to correct the item. The rude staff and no return call to correct the item with the line we discovered a few months after the job completed is the reason we would not recommend this company. I have photo proof of the items I mentioned in this review

    When they came out to check my hot water heater for a leak. They said it's not your hot water heater but they didn't check anything else out to see what was leaking. If they would have checked it a couple of months ago they would have found the leak. Instead I had to file a claim with insurance claim. The leak caused the hallway and kitchen floor to be replaced.
