    Item was ordered on September 18, 2023. Item is supposed to be used for shoulder therapy and has a cable with an a heavy plastic ball at the end. While using it in my living room in front of the television as I normally do the cable broke sending the ball flying in the air and luckily not damaging anything in the house. As per the website I sent an email regarding my situation and never got a response. I then paid for packaging and shipping to send the product back to the company to either have this expensive item repaired or replaced, and after two months have not received any communication from the company and have not received my item back, repaired not replaced nor in the same condition.

    We received the customers product sent back to us over 1 year after purchase, this is not an issue as we offer a lifetime warranty on the parts.  Since the full system was returned a full replacement was sent out on Feb 11 and tracking shows delivery on Feb 15.  In an additional sign of good faith, his original order was refunded back to the original form of payment.  I am not sure what additional steps we can take to accomidate this customer.  Thank you.

    I ordered the shoulder reliever a week ago and never received an order confirmation or any receipt from the seller. My credit card was charged. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I understand there can be delays but the lack of updates or communication is extremely frustrating. I dont mind waiting if I am informed.

    I am very sorry for the delay in responding to this email and your email
    from Sunday.  I try to answer all emails in 24 hours but clearly fell
    behind.   I sent out an email Saturday afternoon letting our customers know
    we are behind schedule on shipping, it may have ended up in your spam
    folder, sorry. 
    I see your order in the production queue, it will be processed and shipped
    from our factory in ******** this morning.  Watch your email for the
    tracking information.

    I ordered a product online on april 15th. order number #*****. they provided a tracking number that it shipped and was delivered but I never received it. From the tracking number it appears **** couldn't locate the address and sent the package back to the sender. I've emailed them 3 times over the last month with no response. there is no phone to call. you can see from the attachment the package was delivered back to the sender.
