We were so impressed with your performance beginning with our experience with *******. She sold us on your company. The guys showed up at 8 am and worked hard until 8pm with the exception of a half hour lunch break.Job and cleanup were complete and the new roof is beautiful. Very happy to recommend this company.

Great company, even better people! They do good work and stand behind it. Melvin did my father's roof. Probably 30 yrs ago, and his crew came out and did it again a couple yrs ago. Very happy with the job both times. I would recommend them to anyone!Melvin Belk Roofing

bought a home in 2015 and when the inspector came through he informed me that my roof would need replacing within the next 5 years. We have 2 skylights and that's where I noticed the problem with leaking. I called Nick at Melvin Belk Roofing and he was here within 24 hours. He made it a priority and efficiently coordinated with my insurance adjuster. During the process of installing our roof Nick periodically checked in with me and the crew was professional. Melvin **** roofing DAMAGED my roof. They were supposed to put a tarp at **************** and they recklessly put the tarp at ****************. The WRONG house!! They have been extremely uncooperative about rectifying this.Melvin Belk Roofing

We are sorry that this happened. Our salesperson inadvertently put down the wrong address on the work order. Our crew did tarp the wrong roof, however there was damage to the area we tarped. When we discovered this happened, we immediately offered to fix the nail holes that were caused by us tarping the roof. We also agreed to fix the tree damage that was caused prior to us tarping the roof at no cost. We spoke with you, and you seemed pleased with the repairs that we made, including the nail holes we repaired and the pre-existing damage. We do well over ***** repairs and installations per year. Once again we are sorry, accidents do happen, but we will always do what is right and rectify any problems that we may have inadvertently caused. We have also taken steps to ensure that this will not happen again in the future.
