Not only did the technician (All Flo) not complete the process and even see or remove the roots, the blow back into my lower bathroom from the over pressure in the lines cost me more to repair then his $100 discount. The All Flo technician told me that the drain line had a whole house p-trap and he could not get any farther. I stood and watched the entire process with him. I fell I am due a refund of $500 as I have spent that much more getting the line cleared and the bathroom repainted.Additional Notes: After several different plumbing companies in my house and pipes the past several weeks a company came in and removed all the roots in our drain line. The company that came in Tuesday of this week asked why All Flo never opened up the second clean out and got the roots removed.

I had All *** come out last year and replace two spigots on my house, prior to them coming out I had more than adequate pressure to both spigots while running...initially when they left I had ZERO water coming out of the house and had to have them return...which they attempted to charge me an additional charge. I was told I was overcharged by other plumbing companies and now less than a year later....I barely have any water pressure to my west side spigot. I called and asked for them to come back out and remedy the situation and was told that they would charge me again. I would like the pressure restored for when using both spigots at the same time. And additionally when using the one spigot alone. That is all I am asking is for someone different to please come back out.

The additional charge that is being referred to was for the replacement of the shutoff that we never performed on the prior visits. We did give a full refund due to the inconvenience and the failure of not offering that on our first visit. Below is the write up from our last visit. We feel that we did accurate testing for the pressure and tried to explain to the customer that when multiple fixtures are in use, pressure will drop. We believe that we have done what the customer has asked and provided information to them as to why they have a dip in pressure.

Upon arrival back silcock had less pressure than other side. Cut out and removed old cpvc gate valve. Hooked up pressure gauge to both silcocks read 60 on both and 50 while other silcock running. Explained to customer that pressure drip will occur when multiple fixtures are running.
