  On May 1. 2025, I called Italy Construction at 2:21 pm about having my rear entry doors looked at. *** called me back at 3:50 pm. He asked if I'd be at home on Monday, May 5th. I told him I would. I waited all day on Monday. He didn't show or call.
  I phoned him on Wednesday 08072025 at 0846 and left him a voice message. He phoned back at 0929. I told him how he didn't show up like he said he would. I waited all day. He came over on this afternoon, 08072025.
  He looked things over and said new side entry doors will be 1400 dollars. *** came over again on May 16 to finalize job. He now quoted the doors at 1710.00 dollars.
  I told him that he previously said they would be 1400 dollars. I signed paper work for the doors at a cost of $1700.10. He said they'd be getting installed in 2 to 3 weeks. I have yet to get any further contact from Italy Construction since this day of May 16, 2025.
  I Phoned Italy Construction on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM. I spoke to **** and told her I am still waiting to hear back from them about the doors. She had a salesman call me back, as well as the original salesman that quoted the job on May 6th, 2025.
  The first salesman that called me back said they have the steel entry door but they're still waiting for the storm door. He told me that he will be calling me back after the following Monday. This would be Monday, June 14th. **** also called me after I spoke to the other salesman and apologized for lack of communication.
  It is now July 1st, 2025 and I still haven't heard anything from Italy Construction.
  Terrible communication.

  Please dont work with this company. Unprofessional to say the least. Their reputation has gone downhill. The majority of their subcontractors have told me to file a lawsuit over the flaws of the addition they completed earlier this year on my home. I regret ever working with them. Paint job was awful. My 7 year old sons closet door has fallen on him twice. Settling cracks are everywhere. My standup shower walls have separated from the floor. Blinds are so cheap and broke so quickly. A couple workers complained I was ****** and would knock on my door randomly. Some workers would come in my home without me being there and trigger my alarm. **** the part owner argued with me for over a month about lights for my bathroom that I wanted then went behind my back and purchased a $1100 light that I didnt ask for and was not at all my style or the size it needed to be. I would never recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. They barely have subcontractors. I was walked on the first few months because some workers were lazy.
