    We took vehicle to the repair shop for the transmission. To repair the transmission the cost was 3700 dollars for a rebuild transmission,. So the place has a company to go through for a loan to repair the car. I apply and got approved. They call me every 10 min for me to finish the loan and sign agreement. They got the money right away. They send them the money directly to them. They have the car for a month after they got the money and we call and they give us the run around saying we call you back and never call us back and I called my sons called my daughter in law called we we get the same run around. They keep telling us they will call us back on the status of the car and never do. We went up there many times and the car is just sitting up there to the side and they tell us. You get it back on Friday and we never get a call from them or the car back .they dont tell us nothing on what going on with the car and now its going on two months and no car and my son dont have a way to work and I have to take him and I work midnights and its and inconvenient because he dont have a car. I I pretty much have to move in with them because now its school time and they have to take their son to school. Its is very terrible about how they treating us.
