When purchasing a ***** make sure you do your research on recalls and customer satisfaction programs (***) as when you purchase a used one they do not tell you the current notices out that *** effect your vehicle. Even after speaking with the dealership and receiving a quote for the repair for $1,300, when they should have notified you of the *** or recall. Only to find out two years later you still have that check engine light on and realize there is a *** in place but are now over the mileage. **** you need to do better in notifying the owners of your vehicles of these programs. Now I'm going to be out the $1,300 for the repair and the $184 diagnostic fee when I already ran the codes at home. (was told they are not the same code system **** uses so they don't know what I'm talking about, get the diagnostic fee and invoice and what do you know, its the same codes I had on my scanner). After calling their *** customer ********************** number, I get no help and there is no promise to fix the issue for future owners of vehicles. Just pay your bill and move on for something that should have been covered. I have emails proving the communication between the dealer regarding the codes and was not informed of the covered issue as the truck was in the warranty zone for mileage and time, where now I am ****** over the mileage for the extended warranty. Beyond displeased with **** and at this point very unlikely to ever buy one of their products again or recommend them.

So, I am adding to review I posted last week based on new information. Also, I just tried to find my review that I posted on ******* and somehow it has been removed. It was there this morning after being there for a week. It is not there now. Not sure why it got taken down. I did not violate any rules for posting. Here is what I wrote. "9/26/22 So, I am editing my review to add to what I have already written. More has happened. When I called to get my check back and to get my paperwork back that I filled out, he (General Manger)went on to tell me he had tried to call me after I spoke with their Customer relations person. He states my voice message was full. He made no other attempt to contact me, such as texting, calling again an hour later, or emailing me. They were aware how upset I was about everything above, yet that was their effort now to reach me. ********He now states that the Order Banks were still open when he called, even though the Customer Relations person consulted with him earlier and I was told they were actually closed. He additionally told me that I would have had to come into the dealership to order it, even though they had told me before that I would not have to do that and could have me sign things through email/fax and we went through trying to order a vehicle on the first call and it didnt go through. Regardless, I was Number 2 on their list for ordering, but they did not contact me before or during the ordering window was open and I happened to call them on the day after. They continued to put the blame on me. He told me there were 40 people in their dealership ordering vehicles. I was NUmber 2! How did I not get contacted. The General Manager said he did try to call me, as I said a few lines above, but it was on day 5 of a 4 day window to order. Again, I was told I could not order anymore, it had closed. I then contacted Ford.Com, the actual company, and they verified that the window was closed and that no one could order anymore. So, ei

Walked ***************** **. Dealership. Ready to sign. Overheard the sales manager refer to me as one of "THOSE" people. I am of Asian decent. Thanked the salesperson for his time and walked out.

**** really blew it. I called customer ********************** 6 times in 2.5 months. Each time being assured I would hear back from a supervisor within ***** hrs. I never did until today. What a joke. If my business is not important to **** I will take it elsewhere. No worries. Lots of good trucks out there that arent Fix Or Repair Daily. All of this could have been prevented with the courtesy of a return phone call

Horrible customer ************************** have been waiting for a recall part for over a month for the lead frame on an F150( **** won't give an estimate of when it will arrive). Dealer has a full replacement for the valve body that would fix the issue, but **** Corporate won't allow them to replace it with the added cost. **** would rather the customer drive an unsafe vehicle that could shift to 1st gear at any speed than spend a little more money to fix the vehicle NOW!

They are not responsible when one of their parts is defective apparently. A third brake light seal leaked on my mom's truck and caused mold all over the carpet and seats and they claim it is not their problem and won't pay to fix any of it. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes, this is just unbelievable. It's a *********************** for my mom and family with all the mold and they could care less about it. The truck only has ****** miles on it

Bait and switch. I worked with a dealer to order a **** Maverick. I was told the price would be sticker, but that it would take up to a year to come in. They took a ***** deposit. Then the next day they said the vehicle couldn't be ordered after all and they were going to refund my money. We...it turns out they didn't refund my money and then they called and said they had a vehicle like I wanted coming in 2 weeks. Since they still had my money, they said I could reserve the vehicle. However, they said since ************************* were hard to come by they were now going to charge 5K over sticker. I asked them refund my money and again they said they would. A few days later and they still hadn't refunded my money until I asked for proof.

I am very disappointed. My vehicle is under warranty and I dont feel that I am getting the service I deserve as a valued **** customer who has been more than patient with this matter. I reached out to customer ********************** multiple times hoping to get this on going issue finally solved but to no avail. My car was first towed into Webb **** on December 1, 2021 with ****** miles on it for service related to transmission and was there until December 3, 2021. Shifter cap and bushing were replaced. On March 31, 2022 my car was again brought into ********* for transmission service yet again on March 31,2022 with ****** miles on it and again was there until April 8, 2022. This time I was told the Torque converter came apart and they overhauled the entire transmission. On August 1, 2022 with ******* miles on it and only ***** miles on it since they overhauled the transmission the car was returned again with transmission problems yet again. On August 16, 2022 they returned my car after only performing an Adaptive relearn and cleared codes. This did nothing and I had to return my car again for transmission service the next day August 17, 2022. Today is September 2, 2022 and they still have my car. It has been in the Webb **** service shop for the entire month of August with no results and I am being told that they have seen the wrench service light on but it is not showing them any codes,so the car has been sitting there on a stand still. This is unacceptable. I have bought 6 brand new cars from **** since **** and am a A plan member. At this time I am in the market for a new car but cant even get my car repaired under the **** warranty to trade it in.

After waiting nearly SIX hours for a tow, with text updates every hour saying it would be another 40 minutes, **** Roadside Assistance says they can not provide a tow for us. The service rep on the phone thanked us and told us to have a nice day. Ridiculous.
