On way to ******** my car engine lights came on for 3rd time in a matter of months (all times addressed at GMC) we had to stop in ***** at a GMC dealer, we couldnt take my car. We had to get a rental to get to ****** then have to return the car to *****. No update on when my car will be ready needs a whole new engine 2022 Yukon XL bought brand new. GMC has been completely unprofessional I spent all day on the phone trying to figure out what we need to do to get home yesterday. I spoke to a ****** twice who was so rude telling me good luck call Toledo dealer and create a paper trail and that sense Covid car rental places are low, so we have to drive rental back to ***** and figure it out from there and now here we are stranded in ****** having to drive to ***** with no rental to get home and no flights. GMC pretty much saying your out of luck and you have no rental or way home. ****** calls me back today I asked for a manager yesterday twice and wont even let me speak cause I said I wanted to speak to a manager not him so if I spoke at all he said are you speaking, do you want to speak to me or not over and over it was like talking to a child but I couldnt speak and then tells me well a manager wont contact you for another 24 hrs ??. I even asked if we could just return rental here and fly home from ****** and not have to drive back to *****..nope. This car is under warranty so not sure why this is my issue. 80k car thats had this issue before and now here we are again and GMC has been terrible! GMC ******* ***** Tahoe - *********************

On our 3rd GMC Yukon XL. Very disappointed that the transmission and catalytic converter went on this well maintained truck with under ******* miles. I called GMC to see if they could help cover the costs and they refused because we chose to get it fixed at local station where the cost was over $4000 less then going to GMC in ******.This will be our last truck. It's also concerning to hear from local mechanics that they are seeing this issue in the 2020 and 2021 trucks with under 100,000.They don't see to be built like they used to be, and as a customer for over 20 years it's very upsetting they don't stand by their products. Especially when I offered to share all the service records with how this truck was maintained.

I purchased a brand new 2023 ***** Silverado shortly after the transmission went out with ****** miles on it. General Motors offered me originally to do a buyback on truck after speaking with one of the representatives. So I asked him to lets get the paperwork started and they told me I had to take the truck into dealership. After it got to the dealership, they changed their mind and decided to fix it. I got a hold of ******* at General Motors and they told me that they had the option to fix it first. That is not what the original rep told me. since they fixed it, its been back in the shop three times. I am not happy with the truck and I want it replaced with the buyback that they offered the first time.

Waiting over 5 weeks for parts. Nobody at dealership can estimate when parts might be available. Was told it could be 6 months. Do your checks on vehicles and parts availability before you purchase your next vehicle. GM would not give me a loaner vehicle. So if your insurance doesnt cover it you will be out of pocket for it. I will never buy a GMC or Chevrolet again.

Going on month 3 on a nationwide backorder for a part and **** poor communication. This should've been solved and put as a manufacturing issue if everyone is having this issue. Still paying my car payment and insurance and these guys can only tell me "we have to call you every 4 days regardless of update on parts. Then proceed to call biweekly. Trash company TRASH service TRASH people. Just TRASH. I demand y'all get aftermarket or ATTEMPT something and get your head in the game.

I have attempted to gain representation and I have failed. I know that my seat belt idea was used from the letter i wrote in 2019 or sooner and submitted online. Sadly although I have prove, this matter will NOT get heard in a court room, nor will this company (GMC) ***** me a 8 figure or more out of court settlement with a non-disclosure agreement. I sincerely want to believe that my gender, my age, and or my race as a darker skin American has NOTHING to do with the decision not to pay me, unfortunately I doubt this. I am most certain until proven wrong if I were a Caucasian, I would have received a life changing check after the first email. I would have appeared on the cover of the companies magazine with a full article. Possibly received some type of payment for every GMC sold that uses my life saving safety idea. Maybe even offered some type of employment. But as *****************, once said similar when you own the company you make the rules. The idea I came up with, is NOT on any 2020 escalades but are on the all escalades after 2020. I am assuming at the time of my hand written and website submission, the 2020 escalades were already ready to go. Too many times nice people really do finish last and this is another example of this. Not that you CARE, GMC is a BIG company, automobile making is a BIG business with a "get to the top" way of thinking. Disregard how we got there and or the people that helped rather with a small or large contribution. This ***** and not in that good way. Whoever has the last say on right and wrong, thank you sincerely for showing me wrong wins all the time, unless you are related to a BEEKEEPER.

I purchased new 2019 ***** Silverado with 9 miles. I bought it because of the durability and longevity. Unfortunately that is not what I bought. The saying is true they dont build them like they used to. After having multiple module problemsand having to pay to replace harnesses. I started noticing how bad the 8 speed transmission is. It jerks and lurches you forward when you try and brake on occasion. When going from reverse to drive it feels like my transmission going to fall out. That isnt even the biggest problem. After driving it 130k my engine decided to give out and I had to replace it. I thought I was getting a new engine but its only a remanufactured engine. I tried calling in for assistance and after numerous failed attempts To reason with the advisor, I gave up. I paid the bill and will never own another ***** again. The advisor made empty promises on follow up calls and trying to work with me but nothing ever happened and I always had to call them. Buy a ******

I want to file a complaint with ** pertain to my brand new 2023 **C Terrain that I purchased August 10, 2023 from ******** Buick **C of Salisbury. The transmission failed and my car stopped in the middle of traffic November 22, 2023, again in December and then engine issues January 2024 (Less than 7 months after purchased and under ***** miles). I had to pick up my vehicle on February 16, 2024 (against my will) as the dealership stated the *** was repair and the ** and other staff drove my vehicle to ensure proper functionality and it was safe to drive. Yesterday my transmission went up on a busy interstate 3 hours away from my home for the 4th time this issue has occurred and my safety and well being has been compromised on numerous occasions. I was almost hit twice by a tracker trailer on the major highway trying to reach a safe location to park. I now have anxiety after this tragic experience as horns were beeping at me, my truck was disabled and unable to gain speed and there was nothing I could do about it. ** did not ensure safety was the #1 priority for my family.

Crews Chevrolet ordered parts for the repair of my corvette back in October 2023 and it is now March 2024 and I am still waiting on parts. Anytime I call GM they transfer me to a supervisor (voicemail) and I never hear back. I have been told it shipped but when I ask for a tracking number, they said they dont have one. Meanwhile there are 2024 corvettes being built everyday where the allocations came in after my initial part order.

I purchased a ***** Colorado 2016 last month it had ******* miles on it one owner. I got the Carfax the guy really took care of the truck, The only thing I wanted to do to it was the change the transmission fluid and the filter and because there is no dipstick so I couldnt look at it, but when I called Genesis ******************** in **********, they refused to service my car, I called GM and heres their response General Motors customer assistance. I was just calling to follow up with you. I did hear back from the dealership of they did state that it is their policy that they can't. If the transmission didn't have a service or flush at 50, 000 miles and is now over 1 00, 000 miles they won't perform any transmission services And they also stated that the fluid Is a detergent that cleans and can cause issues with the transmission and can induce failure and if the transmission is not having any issues currently they don't wanna induce any issues issues And that was the reason why the services were denied if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call back, I will never buy another GM product, Ill buy ******** Tacoma at least theyll service it no matter how many miles are on its
