      My son bought a 45k vehicle from GM. ****** Colorado). He drove the car 3 weeks and unfortunately hit a deer. He paid cash for his car and also purchased an extended warranty. The body shop has has his car since Dec 3rd and are still waiting on parts from GM. He has had no car since then (3 months) and we have no update on getting the part. They are not offering him any relief. Not even extendinf his warranty. The kid needs to drive to work every day and is using my vehicle which causes me an issue as well. GM is terrible. We always bought GM cars but we will not be doing that any longer. DO NOT BUY FROM GM.

      I would think very long and hard before purchasing any new GM truck. I spent nearly $90,000 on a brand new 2022 ***** Silverado **** HD High Country. I have experienced numerous issues with this truck since owning it. I am currently experiencing an issue with the steering that is very well documented by GM. In fact they have taken measures to correct the problem with a part that is designed differently. However, I am **** miles beyond my ****** mile warranty, so they will not even entertain correcting the problem under warranty. The problem has existed since the truck was new. After speaking to several other GM owners, I learned that they are experiencing the same issue, so I just thought it was normal. Now the problem is getting worse so I would like it addressed. However, now I have to pay for this repair out of my own pocket even though the issue as well documented **** by GM. I should note that I owned two GMC Denali **** HD trucks prior to this purchase and I experienced a great several issues with both of those trucks as well. GM even had to buy back one of them. I have tried very hard to remain loyal to GM, but this will be my last GM vehicle. at this point, I may as well go with one of the Japanese manufacturers. I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Look for a manufacturer that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their work.

      GM has had my boyfriends truck for 7 MONTHS, DUE TO A TRANSMISSION FLUID ISSUE THAT IS THEIR FAULT. They have had 7 months to try and send a new transmission to the dealership, offer to pay for a rental, send him a loaner car but they have not done any of that. They do not care about their customers and we will never be buying from GM again and are telling everyone we know to stop buying from them as well.

      I have owned *****s all of my life, I will NEVER again buy a ********* This last ***** I bought and still own ( but not for much longer). I have had to repair the same overheating issue in my 2012 ***** Cruze, Multiple times and its still not fixed. ***** Headquarters couldnt care less about this in going issue. Theres nothing they can do. Even though they know its an ongoing issue with this car. Too bad I didnt know it before I bought it. The reviews didnt mention this issue. Neither did the carfax. ***** just isnt up to the same standards or pride they use to have with their vehicles. They just dont care as long as it sells.Good bye! ***** you lost this customer for good. I will also make sure my friends and family and anyone else I talk to doesnt buy a ***** either.

      This is my second review about an issue that has reoccurred again. I've discovered a second cracked wheel on my 2017 C7 Corvette Grand Sport without having driven the car hard at all (never tracked, still under 30k miles at 7 years old). Last time I had the wheel inspected at a GM dealership, and the staff acknowledged that the issue was not my fault and was a manufacturer defect (which I have in writing), From that case, I was compensated for 50% of a new OEM replacement. Now the same issue is happening again. There needs to be a class action lawsuit since GM refuses to issue a recall. Stay away from GM cars until they can stand behind them

      I purchased a brand new Trailblazer mid Sept 2023 from *************************************************. On the 9th day of my purchase vehicle broke down. Lost control of the wheel then it locked itself while white smoke coming out and filled inside of the car. Thankfully this happened as I was pulling into my home street. Managed to get the vehicle into my drive way going no more then 5 mph after restarting the vehicle. Same night it got towed to the service center. Found out there were multiple issue codes with the car most importantly it was leaking fuel out of exhaust. I called GM Corp addressing the issue and requested to return vehicle as I do not feel safe and do not except the vehicle after a life threatening experience. I had addressed my loan monthly dues are coming up in 5 weeks and needed this resolved. I was assured funds paid for this lemon vehicle will be refunded and to continue to pay my loan dues, which I am. The replacement finally got approved. ************* agreed to host the buy back and replacement. Car arrived in January yet GM corporate still has not resolved the paperwork issue. Not only I am not reimbursed for the $582 monthly payments I've been making for several months towards the principal, GM is also charging me $4200 for an upgrade for **** regardless of no longer building 2023 version. When asked for supervisor number GM rep refuse to provide as it's against their policy to transfer or provide a number to call to escalate. I have informed GM quality, dealership, service center, GM legal, GM buyback and 5 reps assigned of my issue and seeking help. Its Feb 18, (5 months) and I am still waiting for resolution. Asked multiple occasions to escalate the urgency, to date, no update. GM is unreliable and their staff is careless. Can someone please HELP!

      Gm is a joke... 2020 ***** Traverse with a cracked manifold sending fumes into my cabin causing my kids and I to have headachesand feeling nauseous and GM will not cover a manufacturer defect.

      I have vehicle with ***** and I need a new engine and gmc is providing me with no assistance on a $6400 bill. Is this the best ******** quality product an auto dealer can pay no wonder people buy foreign cars!!!!

      Absolute nightmare!! GM drug me along for nearly two weeks, with NO VEHICLE giving me continuous HOPE that they would help me with my transmission. The communication between GM and *********************************** was non existent. They both should be ashamed. This has been a horrific experience. Since I could drive I've had a Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, and now my 2018 Tahoe that has a failed transmission. I have been loyal to the brand my entire life. Now it's left such a bad taste in my mouth, I honestly don't think I'll ever own GM again. After 3 weeks I just got an email back ( first email ever received AT ALL) from the GM advisor I had assigned to my case... the misinformation and lack of communication I've received has been blatantly negligent. I'm so embarrassed I let this go on so long, just waiting around for someone to actually help follow through on their WORD ( 42 + CALLS/EMAILS and 3 weeks later trying to reach anyone to help???) All for them to tell me they cant do what multiple GM advisors said they could to help........ Pathetic.

      Gm very bad in customer service my car 2023 gmc . Is in the shop for 3 months and parts are in the back order.In the beginning said rental car we reimbursed you and end the end excuse and excuse for no pay .. ************** take care you a lot better go with ******* or ***** they give you loner Never never again gm ..Horrible horrible experience
