    09/22/22 called to get help with getting tickets to the ************* Game on 10/09/22.. I was told by the rep to purchese the gift card. I was told by a rep that you cant use the gift card after I purchesed the gift card. I asked to be refunded or have the money applied to help get the tickets. The rep said that it cant be done. I asked if they could refund me the money, the rep excilated it to a supervisor to assist with issue. I received a email stating that the iers nothing that can be done. I was told that I would get a call but I was sent a email and they said it in the FQ's but no where on the main home page or when getting the tickets. I called and was hung up on after talking to a rep and explaing what was going on and that I needed a supervisors assistance. I called the ************** and than spoke to rep ******* who was really nice and tried to help and sent a new ticket off the old ticket.
