HandyPro values your time and is committed to punctuality. Our guarantee is that our Craftsman Professionals will arrive at your home or contact you regarding the initial estimate or service schedule within the one-hour appointment window. If we fail to meet this commitment, we will reduce your charges by $30.00 USD.
2. Standard Limited Warranty
HandyPro provides a Standard Limited Warranty for our workmanship. This warranty covers defects due to poor workmanship for one year from the date of work completion, unless otherwise specified. The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
Ownership: The warranty applies only to the property while it is owned by the original purchaser.
Condition: The work must not have been subject to accidents, misuse, abuse, modification, alteration, defacement, or repairs attempted by others.
Notification: Defects must be reported in writing to HandyPro within ten (10) days of discovery.
Repair Opportunity: HandyPro must be given the first opportunity to repair, replace, or correct any defects at no cost to the owner within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability: HandyPro is not liable for any special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the work due to defects.
