    I filed an auto claim after their insured accepted fault. I sent their admittance that they put in writing. I sent video of the accident to confirm. I sent pictures, the estimate and everything asked for a week ago. The adjuster is unresponsive. Her supervisor is unresponsive. They are trying to avoid paying the claim and no one will get back to me.

    The biggest scam insurance company out there. Filed a claim & can never get any information from anyone I speak to. They always answer back with you need to speak to ******* ***** your adjuster. ******* reached out once & Ive never heard from her again! Ive tried calling multiple times. How do you get information from someone that will not call you!? F** this company!

    Shame on you *******!!! My husband broke his arm in 3 places , dislocated his arm, and tore his rotator cuff when he fell in January on the ice at work. It has taken this long for his arm to heal so he could have surgery. When he got ready to see the surgeon. He was told by ******* that he couldn't see the surgeon he had to see their quack Dr *** they flew in from *********. He saw my husband for 15 mins took some measurements didn't go over his medical records and the visit was done. My husband just received the letter from this *** stating that all his injuries were from a previous injury. There were no previous injuries documented in report. The *** stayed that because my husband is over weight and has diabetes that is why he hurt himself! This *** also states that my husband is on permanent restrictions he can never lift his left arm to do any overhead work. So, he can never use his left arm again, the same arm he was able to use fully until his fall in January! Instead of paying for surgery to fix his arm he is just put on permanent restrictions. He was rushed to ER the day he fell! My husband's surgeon said that they can't dispute his injuries he broke his shoulder in 3 places the day of the fall! Now my husband may have to sue his company and work comp to get his shoulder fixed and lose his job!!! I can only hope and pray that God shows you the same kindness and support that you have provided to my husband in this time of pain and suffering! I'm not sure how you can sleep at night when you are ruining hard working people's lives! Shame on you!!!!!! Your company would probably have a lot better ratings if you really cared about your customers and you did what you were supposed to do to take care of the medical and financial needs when someone gets hurt at work and just wants to get back to work healthy.

    Recently filed a claim for a commercial auto accident that was not our fault in ****. The assigned claims adjuster, *************, is the most inept person I have ever tried to work with. Ten days after the accident, there was still only one email. Never a call. I will never do business with them again. I would never recommend this company.

    I had a claim because a guy loosing metal pieces out of his trailer so I wanted my bumper to be fixed.frankenmuth injurance says its wear and tear now and not paying.

    More than doubled my auto policy for the next term, took me off auto pay and then told me I owed them for months! Took billing tasks away from my agent so now I have to contact different entities, I hit a deer and they charged my deductible (which most companies do no) and then the body shop said that they quit working with Frankenmuth because they pay lower prices for work then almost every other insurance company. I have had them for 15 years and this is what loyal customers receive.

    Ive been in contact with this company for 5 months now. They never know who I am when I call. They dont know the case numbers or any other information about my case. I kindly suggested a sticky note or paper to use, which she informed they dont use paper at their company. I need to remind them every single time. Ive sent out multiple letters through mro to this insurance company. *** informs me they released the information, but ********************************* says she never received any information. She always talks over me and never actually shows care or interest in my case. *** talked to three other people and my case has been passed on twice now to different people. *** had to talk to ***** the supervisor multiple times regarding *********. Ive sent all this information months ago. *** released my files to them and they claim they never received them. Its very difficult to get ahold of someone as they have more work then they do help. So you can imagine waiting days let alone weeks getting ahold of someone. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend this company to anyone or wish on anyone what Ive had to deal with this company. They treat you like a number and your information isnt validated until they feel its necessary. The lack of care and interest shows me they dont care about their customers and their opinions are validated over facts. You have to hound them down just to get information and they will NOT call you back. If you dont call them, there is no other way to get ahold of them. If you email this company it usually takes up to 3-4 days to get a response back. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

    Had a Prius 5 totalled during the Covid-19, claim adjuster said we can not value your vehicle as there are no Prius 5 on the market. Paid my claim on a Prius 2 package. Wasn't able to replace my vehicle with the little bit of money they gave me. My car was in excellent condition with low miles every option available with ***** paint leather interior. Moral of story would Never insure anything with this company. I took all my business to a company that insurers a promise.

    Our car was totaled and they offered us half of what the replacement cost was on todays market, even for a vehicle one year older then ours. The vehicle we lost was in great shape, The car we lost had high miles but in excellent condition and very well maintained, but the truth is we couldn't find even an older one with the same mileage and condition. The adjuster lied about not seeing my email with all my comps she requested, within a five hundred mile radius, before making her decision, and denied verbally requesting comps from me, and tried saying that our last conversation lacked focus... What??? Don't waste your money on this crooked company... Twelve years, two cars, always payed on time, and saving our own money would have been more then the ******** they offered us. Going to change companies! But an honest insurance company is like finding an honest Satan! They pay adjusters ***** or more per year just to rip you off and have a mouth that can deny the truth! Thieves! and she threatened to run it again and get me less money!

    The company name is also included Patriot.I wonder if the *** knows that ******** ***** and his underwriters are actively s******* over veteran clients?I had a problem with a contractor after a tree fell on my house. I was dealing with a claims adjuster named ***********************. Before I could finish my claim request ***** was raising his voice and alluding to me being a liar. Even after I told ************ was an agency owner and I understood the process, ***** insisted he could complete the claim without getting out of his chair because of his years of experience.After ***** closed the claim. ******** ***** and Frankenmuth set in motion to cancel my policy after the contractor failed the county inspections. As a disabled veteran and an agency owner I would not recommend doing any business with these people.I am faced with attorneys fees, cancellation of my policy, still needing the repairs to meet code, and the need explain to my future insurance provider a reason as to why my previous policy was cancelled, with most likely being added to Michigans ridiculous insurance pool.The only reason insurance companies like Frankenmuth and agencies like ******** ***** are able to exist is because they are insulated by the fact that the common insured cannot afford to go after the agency or the company.I provided proof that the agency falsified documents. I provided proof that the county is failing to uphold code regulations, and I provided information to show that Frankenmuth closed my claim without the claim being completed. I provided proof that the contractor committed fraud. Yet the insurance providers continued with cancellation of my policy due to the work not being finished or up to code.********************* from ******** ***** was useless and just blamed underwriters for the policy cancellation.As a veteran, that gave up my agency to go to ***********, I would not use Frankenmuth or ******** ***** for any financial services.
