    Horrible fire coverage. $150,000 &$150,00.Demolished my mid-century house to build a p.o.s. that is barely able to be lived in. Hope my good-for-nothing agent has retired to ****** in his ill-gotten gains. Unforgivable. Rest in h***

    I was in an accident on June 9th, 2022 with this company's Insured. The company they insure is a lawn care business in which they were mowing a lawn at a local business and as I was driving in my lane the lawn mower was backing up and came off the curb and we collided. The police report deemed the business "at fault" but Frankenmuth claims that their insured is only 25% at fault and I am 75% at fault and denied my claim. After they denied my claim with their reasons being that their insured was already in the lane prior to my arriving and that the sun was a factor I sent in "scientific evidence" (pictures of the accident which they obviously never looked at or ignored) and they have yet to respond to me but did file a counter claim to my insurance company for their damages. My damages are all on the front passenger side of my vehicle and theirs is on the rear right side indicating that they were backing up and slipped off the curb into the road. If they were in the lane as they are alleging then damages would be front and center of my vehicle and center rear of theirs. I have now been without a vehicle for coming up to 2 months with a disabled child. It is very sad that this company does not use the evidence they have against them and just go around denying claims to people that did nothing wrong. If you are in the insurance business then you will have to pay out claims when your insured are at fault. Thats the nature of the business. I feel they deny these claims to see who is just going to roll over and give up because they feel defeated. I have a vehicle that needs fixed and their insured is at fault and I should not have to pay out for something that I did nothing wrong.
