First & second impressions - sales & scheduling - rate 5 & 3 stars respectively. I was informed the project would begin in 6 to 8 weeks from the time I signed my loan obligations on July 12. However, on July 29, I was informed the project would begin on July 31.Unbeknownst to me, the job was submitted as complete on that ********** were paid in full by the lender for not even reaching the half way point, all materials were not on site, not specifying a definate return ******** spent the next 2 days, picking up trash and nails that had made it to the middle of the back ******* my surprise, a totally different crew showed up 2 days later & before that man had his tools in hand, he tried to sell me gutter guards that he had not brought with him. The guards were included in my original estimate. He made a phone call, a different color showed up later in the day & those were put up & did not all even lay flat.I called the owner after the second recalled person to "fix" had come & gone. Problems are not fixed and this includes the new 15' of wood to be replaced under the gutters. I was informed the price may need to be adjusted slightly to accommodate any more bad spots. I'm now expected to believe that it was not needed even though it was previously exposed. They also explained the that side bows out now because the wood under it is bad. *** came to see for hisself, tucked down the guard in one spot, said the rest was good and assured me he'd send a whole set of new eyes to work on this until I was happy with their work.The same General Manager called to ask "what was I unhappy with?", discuss an approximate arrival time (I have been diagnosed with cancer since then & have many *************** pending). We left it open for any opening he would have within a couple of weeks, we set an approximate day but ***** called to say he had an emergency & would reschedule.I was unhappy at the arrival of only partial supplies, trash/nails a had to pick up *************** jobHomezone Windows & Roofing

Over 6 years my wife and I have had Homezone come out twice to put in windows. Both experiences were fantastic. From the salesman, to the window measure, to the installation, we couldn't be happier. While windows aren't cheap, the quality is fantastic and we couldn't really expect better. Homezone will definitely get our call again when it's time to do the other windows in the house.Homezone Windows & Roofing

1 starNo stars. I had to leave one to post, not worth even one star. Absolutely the WORST company we have dealt with. It has been an unprofessional nightmare. DO NOT HIRE. A shower install started over a year ago. Still leaking at shower head and behind in the inside wall, wall buckles when hot water hits it, corner shelf was placed on the wrong side that we wanted it placed. Horrible customer service and installers do not know what they are doing. We had a shower stall installed by one worker, it was done so incorrectly, company had to tear out and redo, and it is still wrong.Review fromlauren c

1 starThe insurance adjuster came out to our home and was dumbfounded that anyone would have thought that $2,500 was a reasonable offer, we settled with insurance for $13,000 and we have had no contact from Homezone since we said we wanted to move forward with an insurance claim. I would not recommend Homezone to a single soul. I think their customer service is absolutely awful and the fact that we never received as much as a sincere apology blows my mind. They have even continued to send auto-mated emails and letters asking for reviews and referrals. I have never worked with a company as unprofessional as Homezone and I hope that no one else falls victim to their claims of excellent customer service. We went with ********************** to have our roof replaced even though their price was higher than other companies because the employee who came to our home to do our quote was very nice, he was professional and seemed to be well educated on the product. He showed us that they were licensed and insured, which was obviously important to us. When we asked if all the work was done by in-house employees, he confidently told us yes, we have come to find out that all of the roofing work is subcontracted which if we knew to begin with, we would not have used them. To wrap it up, Homezone started our roof on February 7, 2023, by February 9, 2023, we had a flooded kitchen, crawlspace, and sunroom with not even as much as an apology before offering an amount that was truly a slap in the face at negotiations and the only thing that was consistent throughout the entire process was their unprofessionalism. I would not recommend Homezone to anyone. Today is April 16, 2023, and I am still dealing with the mess that Homezone created. 5 starsI had windows in my old farmhouse replaced by Homezone in December, I am astonished at how gorgeous the windows are, and how much warmer my house is now. The office staff was so helpful & patient as well as the install crew. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.Review fromBetty M.

Had roof, gutters and windows done. Roofing was not done correctly, flashing missing and we have had 3 leaks now. They have yet to fix the latest leak that we called on 3 weeks ago. Gutters were installed over shingles so the gutters do not catch rain. Down spouts are right into the bricks. Poor customer satisfaction.Homezone Windows & Roofing

I signed a contract with Home Zone on October 27, ************************************************ August 2022, when I was ***** miles away in ********, ** (with no cell reception), they decided to just show up my home to do some work after I had stated that no work would be be allowed or permitted unless was I present.Home Zone then contacted the finance company and falsely told them that the job had been completed. Then within a week of Home Zone coming to my house without permission, a gutter company came out to my house and started ripping down the gutter. Again, this was unannounced and without permission. I found this out when I was in the upstairs bathroom and startled when I saw a white tee shirt in front of me through the window. Home Zone has only contacted me when theyre had an unexpected cancellation and could be out the next day. No appointment date has ever been made. When they came out in while I was out in ****** in August, it was due to another unexpected cancellation.I feel that being an older single female has a lot to do with how they have neglected my work while fulfilling work for others.Homezone Windows & Roofing

*********, our deepest apologies for the poor communication and the experience you have had thus far. Our office had called, left messages and texted you with no response for the install. This was no excuse to arrive without speaking with you. The worst part is this happened a second time when we arrived after you stated not to, and we understand why you told the gutter team to leave, you are correct in both circumstances. Please understand this had zero to do with age or gender, we simply made an internal scheduling error on the first install thinking it was ok to get started and the second time it was poor inner office communication between departments and managers. Both I promise will be addressed and we will learn from these for the future as to not repeat the mistakes. Below is an email recently sent, our general manager is looking forward to speaking with you and anticipating your contact soon. Hello *****,I wanted to follow up with the email I sent on September 2nd regarding your siding and gutter installation. I sincerely apologize for both the siding and gutter communication prior to installation. We should not have arrived at your home to provide any service without your confirmation. It looks as though this happened on two separate occasions. I understand the gutter installation is not complete. After purchasing a $25k roof, I have had to have this company out 5-8 times for poor craftsmanship since the install in January. Even after that many visits and repairs I still have issues with the quality of work. I have drip edges that are bowed out, caulk lines that are half caulked, ridge cap that has more gaps than my previous, and this is only what I can see from the ground. They did a very poor job on cleanup also. I would never recommend or use again. Neighbor used Homepro three months after me and his roof is perfect and it was thousands cheaper. As a consumer, you expect that the professionals who were paid to do the job would do it correctly and not have to have this many visits.Homezone Windows & Roofing

That is not accurate at all based on my review and the photos posted. Which is also posted on ****** and angies list if you need clarification. I have contacted your company numerous times with no resolution even after speaking with one of the owners. Maybe its time someone reaches out to me in regards to my concerns since you know who I am and you have my information and money.
